The customer service of front desk and porter is awful, they are always showing poker face, no name tag at front, wearing a black jacket but no sign of staff. The cleanliness of the room is another nightmare, the curtain is dirty, the towels are yellowish, the shower head speeding is slow. Luckily, the bed and pillows are still good for use.

Very slow internet connection. Try to check in my flight online, sitting in front of the computer for 20 minutes and couldn't get into the airline's website. Staff admitted the slow speed and suggested I send complain to the management.

There’s a sewage/stinky smell coming from the air conditioning system intermittently, and fresh odor spray did not help cause the hotel is old, dated and bathroom fixtures are all worn out. The most rating I gave is a two-star and will not recommend any of my friends stay in Kowloon Hotel. Only positive thing is the location which is close to MTR station and in the heart of TST.

My boss stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel was comfortable, convenient and clean. He had chosen this hotel due to it's good reputation. Overall stay at the hotel was perfect. Until he found out that he left some HKD in the room. Called hotel to check, housekeeper said they didn't see money in the room during their clean up service. Very dishonest staff the hotel employed. We knew we will not get the money back as it's a big lumpsum but we were hoping we can. Proofed that hotel staff are greedy.

Very central but hotel is a little run down especially both times I stayed in the third floor which I believed had never got any upgrade. I was told the upper floor rooms were upgraded .

Location is great. Room is clean but hotel is old with old carpets in the hallway and room. Lobby also looks a bit run down. Staff service is decent. They helped with booking taxi for us at 4:00am for the airport. We dropped our cellphone in the taxi and we called the hotel for taxi details to which they replied "they don't have details and it's not their responsibility, even though they booked for us because it's not their taxi". We had to call a second time to ask if they can just review the CCTV for license plate to which they obliged. The police station in the airport did everything to help us get our cellphone back.

Impressive stay.
When I stepped inside the hotel it gives me a cozy feeling, I arrived very early on 04/25 the check in agent make no hesitation but to process right away. The hotel is located just a minute away from the MTR/subway station

My husband and I have stayed for 21 nights, our room has a beautiful harbor view that's so relaxing. Room size is smaller than expected with only one chair, and the flat tv is quite old style. Despite this, the hotel location is excellent! Very convenience for eating, shopping and all kinds of public transportation. Just few minutes walking to the beautiful Victoria Harbor promenade. Will like to stay again for our next visit.

MTR entrance/exit right in front of the hotel...super convenient... amenities in the room is a bit outdated..mini fridge not working and the room is rather a bit small but comfortable nevertheless...room is clean everyday and late checkout request was cordially approved with a smile...

Dismal and uncaring
My stay was well after quarantine periods had finished. Not a quarantine stay. But I planned 4 weeks here to give me time to find a flat without stress. Despite paying full rates for 28 day stay i was informed at check in I would only get once a week room service. This meant no water or coffee or rubbish removal for an entire week. There was no discount or reduced rate. The rooms are tired and basic. No one helped me to move my bags. Staff do not know how to be courteous, with the very rare exception. Not a hotel I’d be coming to again nor recommending.
