Good hotel

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: In a good part of the downtown. Nice window box to sit in and watch the city scape. Decor is Beijing chic.
Cons: Hotel name is very similar to another one nearby (the LKF) - taxi drivers can confuse the two.
Location: Close to central station for airport transfer. Near some great galleries and eateries.
Yes, its nice, neat and in a great location. es, its nice, neat and in a great location.es, its nice, neat and in a great location.es, its nice, neat and in a great location.

Good quality hotel located in very central area

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: We appreciated the free mobile phone which allowed us to use Google Maps while out and about, without incurring any charges.
Cons: We ate breakfast in the hotel on our first morning, it was about £15 per head. It was not really worth £15.
Location: Very close to Sheung Wan station and also within walking distance to Central station. Many bars and restaurants on Hollywood Road.
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for our first trip to Hong Kong. The hotel was well located for sight seeing and general tourist activities. It is near to many bars and restaurants but not too close for noise to be a problem. We had a room on the 14th floor. It was compact but it had everything we needed.

10 days in HK on business

Posted Apr 8, 2015
Stayed at this hotel before. Great base for Central HK. Has a gym. You will probably be eating out anyway. Downside is standard rooms are small, and if you are next to one of the generator rooms (on each floor) very noisy. I have now said my room is noisy three different trips at this hotel, and every time they only have one other room which requires a further payment as an upgrade.......as so many tourists, business travellors, they do not care. It is more money and that is how this hotel is run. But as a base, great position.

So noisy!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: Aircon, cleanliness, curtains. clean the carpets!!
Location: walk into LKF bars and near Hollywood Rd
Great location but that is about it!!! Noisy from 8am with jackhammers drilling! Curtains crap do not close properly so awake early from the sunlight + the jackhammers! Bathroom tiny..carpet needs good clean and the Acircon! Noisy but useless. Definitely not worth the $400 AUD per night we paid for! Very disappointed....

Great Hong Kong Hotel in Soho

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Location, Staff
Cons: Probably due for a renovation.
3rd time staying here. Very good location to Soho either by walking or mid-rise Escalator system. Easy walk to Connaught St, MTR and other locations in Central. Hotel is nice, rooms spacious and bathrooms very nice. Probably could do with a bit of an update, but facilities are in good shape. Staff is great -- super friendly and efficient and location can't be beat. Definitely worth staying, price is very reasonable too.

Nice hotel hidden in the nice community

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: traditional Chinese style decoration, location
Cons: Hotel staff's friendness and their english. I did find trash left by the last guest in the trash bin and restroom basin in my room when checking in.
Location: Lan Kwai Fong, Central, JP Bookstore
I am a returned guest, had been stayed with this hotel for about 10 times. It is located in the nicest, not hottest/fanciest place of HK. It is only 5 mins walking from the subway station, and hidden in a traditional but nice residence community, behind a pile of skyscraper. Staying with this hotel will bring you the experience of both traditional Cantonese life and fancy modern time.

So convenient to go anywhere. Only take about 10 minutes & 30 HK dollars from Hong Kong Station to hotel by taxi. Smart phone available in each guest room with unlimited data and international call for free.

Fabulous interior design

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Stylish rooms, Safe in the room, Easy access to the internet
Location: We went up Victoria Peak on the Peak Tram, Ngong Ping 360 to the Big Buddha and walking around the city
We spent 2 nights in Hong Kong as a stop-over on the way to New Zealand. The hotel was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful and the check-in and check-out process was painless. The rooms were very stylish and comfortable, although small as is the norm in big cities. There is even a 7-11 on the street corner for stocking up on water for the day. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
