“Wonderful hotel.”

Great location with food (restaurants and street vendors), shopping (mall, groceries, Ladies market...etc) and subway next door/underground. Staff was professional and friendly. Our housekeeping ladies were attentive. Complimentary bottled water, newspaper, breakfast buffet (awesome), and internet. Room is a bit small but perfect for 1-2 people. We had a 3rd adult but able to manage. A bit pricey but we definitely enjoyed this hotel and would definitely come back if budget allows.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the nice, updated, high tech rooms. Really enjoyed the use of the complimentary Iphone4 and the ability to dock my personal iphone to charge and listen to music through the bose sounds station. Good wifi access throughout hotel. Centrally located to shopping restaurants and markets. The Mong Kok area is very crowded and this hotel offered a nice reprieve. WIll absolutely stay there again.

This is an exceptionally good hotel. The staff go well beyond what is expected, the hotel is modern without compromising function for appearance. There are many little touches that make this a great hotel. Anyone staying here should experience the restaurant Ming Court at least once as the food is wonderful. The gym is also modern and has all new good quality equipment, plus it's open 24 hours which is nice when you can't sleep due to jet-lag.

“Unexpectedly sublime hotel”

The hotel is a little bit away from the classic Hong Kong hotels on the Island and down by the water in Tsim Sha Tsui. Some people might not like this location in Mongkok, but we found that it delivered exceptional value for money. Stayed in a fantastic Executive Studio room with all amenities you could every wish for and the service at all levels was outstanding, even though we had to wait for more than an hour for our room to be ready. Not quite what you want after a 12 hour flight on a cramped plane. The spa was fantastic and I think my girlfriend and I ended up having 12 treatments between us in just over a week. On a couple of days we couldn't be bothered to go out for lunch or dinner and the buffet was fantastic with something for everyone, although slightly expensive compared to some of the great meals you can get cheaply in HK. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, elegant and state of the art. The hotel service was excellent and the bed was blissfull. The room is a little tight, but well designed.

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the most pleasant stays I have had anywhere in the world. The service is first class from the time of arrival through to getting in the taxi at the end of the stay. I fully recommend this hotel to all visitors to HK. Every need is catered for with shopping centres and markets nearby and if what you want isn't within walking distance the tube is right there. Food within the hotel is worth staying in for, which isn't always the case in hotels. Rooms are not huge, but well designed and very comfortable. The beds are just right which is always a blessing after a hard day.
