“Clean good service and value. Would stay again”

Room small but well furnished and clean. Unusual glass-walled shower. Continental breakfast very welcome. Staff friendly and helpful.

just hope the rooms, beds could be bigger...but then I suddenly remember that, it is Hong Kong...so never mind, it's a nice hotel

“Will try again!”

My room was not ready upon check in, i left my luggage with the doorman, had to go get it myself once room was ready. This stay, they also added payed extras, such as breakfast and internet. Service should get better with familiarity not indifferent. This was my favourite boutique hotel in Causeway Bay. I will give another try before I write them off.

“Worth considering”

Stayed here a few times with no major complaint. It's a smart contemporary hotel at modest prices. Wish the rooms had bath tubs (was told none have) and it's impossible to tell the difference between Superior and Premium rooms - maybe there is no difference and it's just good marketing to offer a free upgrade on arrival? Lastly, I do wish they'd vacuum the carpets properly! Those long black hairs (appearing on two seperate stays) ain't mine folks!
