“Great hotel, but they do charge for wifi.”

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and impressive room. Only real gripe at all is that there is no free wifi. In this day and age, charging for wifi at this caliber of hotel just seems petty and cheap, two things that this hotel isn't in any other context. Otherwise amazing hotel.

“Lovely Vacation”

Great lovely experience starting with the airport. The Mandarin arranged for golf cart escort as soon as we exited the plane. They rushed us through customs and into our Mandarin Mercedes and straight to the Hotel. After many hours of travel from Baltimore, this was greatly appreciated and well worth the money. The staff at the Mandarin was outstanding and treated us like the only people that matter in their Hotel. We enjoyed this VIP treatment during the whole week visit. The unlimited access to the spa facilities were grand. The breakfast buffet was a daily routine because of the quality of the food and the staff's smiles and grace. The Concierge's, Eddie/Ryan/Barry all preformed professionally and were very friendly. The Mandarin was an excellent choice for our first visit to Hong Kong and we will surely book the Mandarin when we come back.

“Best Hotel for Central”

This is a spectacular hotel, that doesn't miss any of the details. The service and the rooms were wonderful. It is in a great location for hitting most of the ex-pat hang-outs and it is also close to the Star Ferry if you want to go shopping. My only complaint was being able to hear the bell of the elevator in my room, but this was the first time I had the room right next to the elevator. One of the best in Hong Kong, so don't miss it.

“Amazing hotel with sensational service!”

The Mandarin Oriental is one of the best hotels in the world. The service was first rate as well as the Hermes amenities. The location is fantastic especially if you love to shop. The best part however was the courtesy suite they offered me as I had a midnight flight. I was able to shower and change before going to the airport. What a perk! Thank you Mandarin Oriental.

The Mandarin Oriental went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. My friend wanted all the feathers removed from the bed and it was done immediately. The buffet and cafe restaurants at the hotel were incredible as well.

Staff remembered my name after 1 day; great rooms facing Victoria Harbour filled with high-tech devices and nice decour. Food in the restaurants is one the best in Hong Kong and the Spa...well...truly unforgetable experience...I will stay again for sure....one if not the best hotels I have ever stayed
