Everything about the Nathan Hotel exceeded my expectations. The locations was perfect - right in the heart of Nathan Rd. Good value $$$ for money. Very clean and great staff. Would stay there again.

“Great time”

Excellent - especially the upgrade on arrival! I had been there quite recently so it shows that they appreciate customers. Everyone trying very hard in the little details e.g. the lady who collected my laundry helped me filling out the form as my garments didn't fit one of the official categories. Certainly very convenient for anyone who is travelling on the Cross-Boundary coach into Mainland China as the boarding point is in the same street as the entrance.

The hotel was clean and well positioned to get around Hong Kong. The room was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Kowloon station is just a short taxi ride away and Nathan road is on all main bus routes so getting around is easy. In short a good hotel and we will use it again

“The best hotel in Hong Kong”

This is without a doubt the best hotel in Hong Kong in this price category. The staff were more than helpful, the rooms were magnificent and service was beyond reproach. We requested two rooms alongside each other for us and our children and this was no problem. Tours can be arranged easily downstairs with no additional fees charged. The hotel is located perfectly with access to shops, markets and public transport a breeze. All in all our stay at the Nathan Hotel was wonderful and I thank them.

“Great hotel, great location, would definitely recommend”

We stayed at the Nathan Hotel for 5 nights, were very pleased with our choice, and would highly recommend it to other travellers. We booked into a Nathan Room as we wanted the convenience of having breakfast included. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual sort of choices on offer (toast, cereal or Chinese style breakfast -if you can handle dim sum first thing!) One particularly excellent thing about breakfast at Nathan Hotel is that it's served until 11am, which is superb as you don't have to get up early and who wants to do that on holiday?!!! All hotels should take note. It works especially well in HK as shops are open until very late in the evening - some markets don't open until 4pm, and many shops don't get going until 10, or 10.30am. It also means that you cope better with jet lag. We found the Nathan Room to be clean, stylishly decorated, boutique hotel style, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I believe you can choose your pillows by contacting housekeeping, but we didn't need to as we were very satisfied with the ones we had, and had a great night's sleep every night. The room was compact, but this is quite normal for HK but you can always upgrade to a Nathan Grand or Suite.

“Brilliant Location Can't wait to go back!”

This hotel is an ideal location for exploring Hong Kong. The MTR station is within easy walking distance as is Knutsford terrrace for bars and resturants. The Hotel staff were frindly and helpful. Our room had recently been refurbished, with all the latest gadgets, an immaculate bathroom and 40" TV!! Breakfast was served in the resturant on the roof and was very good, somtimes a struggle to get another coffee! The hotel has a lovely little bar called Bali which is a real haven from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. We would definately reccomend this hotel.

“Good value for money”

The staff at the Nathan were very friendly and accommodating, one of our rooms was very large while the other two were fine. Not the flashest hotel and some of the decor a bit dated, but thought it was good value for the money paid, would stay again.
