Good Hotel in HKPosted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location - close to everything including transport and eateries. Comfort level good and price is reasonable for Hong Kong.
Cons: Not really
Good hotel with friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are typical HK - smallish but neat, clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable. Internet is a good speed. Meals and bar are typical good standard. The location is the big attraction with this hotel, being almost on Nathan Road, 3 blocks from Jordan station. Eateries and shopping are close and handy. 2nd time this year I have stayed there. Will look at returning again.

Excellent for family stayPosted Oct 2, 2014
Location convienent , free fold out sofa bed for my son so we don't have to pay extra or sleep with him. That is quiet hard to find in Hong Kong. Modern décor, clean room. Staff very helpful & polite. Highly recommended for family stay. Definitely will be back. Lots of restaurants, shopping and a supermarket in 5 min walk. Famous Nathan Congee & Noodles is right opposite. Famous BBQ piglet in front window of restaurant is in next street. MTR only 3 minute walk. Cheap laundry shop (HK$75 for 4kg of cloths for wash, dry & fold -not DIY) is around the corner which is very handy for family. Only problem is that its in among old residential buildings. So there is water dripping from air con above as you walk along the nearby streets & off smell in the morning when rubbish trucks coming. All in all that's part of HK. Will be back for sure.

1 night was enoughPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: The rooms were big and very comfortable, the hotel was modern and clean.
Cons: Friendlier staff with better attitudes and free internet access in the rooms (at least cheaper). The "free" Wi-Fi offer is for 20 minutes in the lobby
Location: Best thing about this hotel - It's across the street from The Oak Tree Ristorante! The best Italian food in Aisa! Good Shopping and Tailor Shops Close
Stayed here for one night. Although the staff members were helpful, they were not very personable and I felt like I was bothering them if I needed help with anything. The room was very comfortable and quite large for a room in Hong Kong. We had business to conduct online while we were here and the 'Free' internet ended up being 20 free minutes in the lobby. I think any hotel where you pay these kinds of room rates should come with free internet in your room. $17.00 for 24 hours of internet in your room is a little exorbitant, especially when there are hotels that are just as nice where the internet is free. The lobby area was very noisy. People everywhere in the lobby trying to get on the free internet with their phones. The Computer Corner was crowded with people waiting to use one of the 4 computers. If your stay involves and type of work where you will need to be online or a conference call, as ours did, find a different hotel or be prepared to pay the price.

Novotel was excellent but the location not soPosted Sep 6, 2014
The hotel and the staff are excellent, although we were very close major public transport shopping,we found its too close to the hustle and bustle of the big city. Rearly didn't enjoy walking outside in the congested cit which is just outside of the door step.
