Budget stay and that is good for budget travelers.Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Cheap price and very good location, the place are quite secure and trustful
Cons: Hong Kong really special, without space and even everywhere is the same.
Location: Enjoying with nice dinner with global options, fantastic night life,go to theme park morning and back at night.
Hong Kong is quite high density city with crowded environment,we understand how small room would be since we have read a lot of reviews and recommendations. And that is true the room is small, but what we can conclude in our trip is the room we stayed is very tidy and spotlessly clean, with private shower and air-condition,wifi are stable, and what we appreciate is there are hot drinking water and shower, daily housekeeping as well.Walking distance to harbor, shopping mall, night market,sight-seeing place, where this place is quite fantastic and saving our times of traveling since everything is ready over there. The elevator need to improve since there are many tourist are queuing. It's quite good value in Hong Kong city and really is quite special experience since we can get many friends from there.

Clean small room with basic setupPosted Feb 26, 2014
Pros: WIFI is free and working properly, good security and feel free to lay our head in.
Cons: Others should bare in mind Hong Kong is a quite special city and accommodation is quite small unless we pay more.
Location: Convenient to access where we would like to go,saving time!
There are multi-cultural in hotel building with world-wide countries' people staying for their business and leisure trip, when we enter Chung King Mansion, there are many mini retail shops like clothing, cards, restaurant, etc.,metro, bus stand, taxi are just step away from the building. The guest house itself located in Tower C where can be the inner part of the building which more quiet and clean environment,so as for sleep there are no big problem. As for the room, that is small, clean and with BBC channel,as there are very limited options of cheap and good hotel in Hong Kong,we do rather save our bugs here and spend more on food and sight-seeing.We have a pleasant stay so far.

Good security over my budget stay.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Location and meet people from the world, price and cleanliness
Cons: Size of the room but so far we understand how's Hong Kong is a small valued city, and it's typical for us,lift system should upgrade capacity.
Location: Bars, people can gather other in this budget place, quite funny experience
First time trying this kind of budget accommodation since there are very rush everywhere during the Chinese New Year!Everything was in good maintenance, staff are friendly, small room size but we are just over night stay and it's in Hong Kong downtown with cheap price,so we can't say anything unless we need to double pay to the other formal hotels. After check-out,owner are really kind and keep our bags, finally we come 7PM and pick,is a lovely place for tight budget if cant afford others expensive hotel.

Clean room but small size.Posted Feb 22, 2014
Cons: Lift capacity
Location: Avenue of stars have light show on 8 PM where just walking distance to hotel
We were recommended by our friends of this hotel and we understand how Hong Kong accommodation would be,small size and expensive because of Hong Kong limited area. But we are going out for sight-seeing,shopping,and visit theme park,so we are just use this hotel to sleep and shower, the room is really small compared with others' countries, still everything is ruuning in order like tv,fridge, bathroom, drinking water and wifi. And the location is in downtown so we can get any kind of transportation easily to anywhere in Hong Kong.Ground floor of the hotel is a giant market where with money exchange and phone cards, but lift are small so we to wait a queue for sometimes. It's a secure place for budget travelers in Hong Kong.

The room is very small. The elevators were packed.Posted Feb 21, 2014
Pros: Nothing, really.
Cons: If you reserved for 5 rooms you get 5 rooms, no question.
Location: We admit its close to everything.
Terrible. We reserved for 5 rooms for 5 couples, they were giving only 3 rooms. We argued w/ the manager for awhile. They give our rooms to somebody else for more money, because it was chinese new year.

Thanks so much for your opinion which can help us to improve our service and quality,we have read and investigate the matter of your mention, and find out there some part is not correspond to the actual fact because yours misunderstanding. The day when yours arrive, yours claim yours booked for 5 Double Bed Room and need all rooms together, but we have said ,there are 4 rooms in 5th floor and 1 room will be on 7th floor because that day no enough room together in the same floor,so we have provide 5 rooms same as yours booking but just in different floor. We have even provide our coupon for yours next visit for our best hospitality service, but we think yours may misunderstand the situation of the actual fact on that day and say we have provide 3 rooms.Yours are totally 10 persons for 5 rooms,Hong Kong budget accommodation room is very small,10 persons cannot sleep in 3 rooms,we just want to verify the real situation and we have provide the 5 rooms same as yours booking.

Good deal in Hong Kong!Posted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: Cheap price and good location
Cons: The lift system is very busy around 7-8PM.
Location: There are many shopping mall, cafe, restaurant, harbor nearby.
Small space in-room but what can we expect as it's in Hong Kong where everything is expensive and valued land. There is clean towel provided, with free wifi, bathroom,tv.What we like most is their location where is really concentrated of everything and good security. As we only want a safe room to sleep, shower and wifi, that is still a good deal for we who is on budget way.And hotel ground floor is so crowded but is really convenient to get what we want.

Very small room. The reservation called for a "family room," which was two double beds separated by about two feet. The hotel's internet didn't work, but the staff told me the log-on of a neighboring hotel! The staff person was nice and cleaned our room every day. The "hotel" is on the 8th floor of the Chongqing Mansions, and the small elevator was often too full to use. The "Mansions" is a multistory building with restaurants on the bottom two floors and very small "hotels" above. A true meeting of the world's people are there. A great location, but can be intimidating. Climbing the stairs with luggage one night I had to go around a police investigation of something leaving broken glass that'd happened on the stairs.

We didnt expect the room to be as incredible small where it bearly fits a small bed. Shower sink and toilet are all in the same place on a meter square bathroom! If i knew it was going to be so small and so crowded to go up the elevator I wouldnt have booked. I recommend better to stay at a backpackers at least you wont feel so tight there. For this kind of 'room' the price is too hight. They need to get low to 15usd 2p max. wont stay again even for free. Location is good and staff was nice.
