“Excellent Hotel!”

We spent 6 nights at the Ramada Kowloon and were really pleased with everything they had to offer! the hotel itself was in a great place close to station and many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were really friendly and always happy to help, arranging cabs, giving directions etc. the hotel has a cafe which offers a large breakfast buffet which we found to be very reasonably priced. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels, cups etc were given. Without a doubt if i was to go back to Hong Kong i would stay the the Ramada Kowloon again!

Good Location in Central Kowloon. Very small reception area. Rooms quite small but well equipped. Bathroom well fitted.

Having stayed in Kowloon a few times, we were surprised at the size of the room at the Ramada, it was a lot larger (twin room) than the rooms in other hotels we had previously stayed in, yet somewhat cheaper. They might of course not all be like that. The decor was a bit old-fashioned, but the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily. In-room safe, TV, tea-maker, fridge and hairdryer were also provided. Otherwise the hotel was ideally situated; you're right in the middle of things as soon as you step out of the hotel. Nathan Road and Kowloon Park are a 10 min. walk away. The Hong Kong History Museum is just across the road and there is also a small park adjacent. The harbour is ca. 20 mins away, so is the Temple Street night market. An altogether good choice of hotel we thought; great loacation, good value for money and we'd definitely stay there again.

Even though we had bad initial experience, the hptel and service were good. It was just a bad person that signed us in. He was like that to us even on subsequent days when we ran into him. Most other staff was very good and took care of our needs. The 2 people that were present on last day of check out were just excellent and helped a lot. Hotel was well located and really clean and tidy.

The Ramada Kowloon is situated in close proximity to lots of sights places to eat and shopping areas! Those not within walking distance are easily accessible by the train (station close by) and the bus (stop right outside the front door). The staff are very helpful and pleasant and my room (17th floor) was kept immaculate! Shuttle Service from and to the airport was provided ( not free) and tours could be arranged. For my three (3) day stay, I have only one dissatisfaction and that is the two (2) local free channels on the TV could were extremely grainy (bad recption) and all other channels attracted a fee. Overall, a great place to stay!

I needed a Hotel that would look after me on my first trip to HongKong, as a solo traveller that needed a bit of support and somewhere quiet to rest away from the hectic streets of Tsum Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei. While I was arranging my trip, I emailled the Hotel several times and received excellent advice and assistance booking transfers from the airport. This made my arrival in HongKong really easy - well worth arranging in advance. Ramada Kowloon was great, a very comfortable room, excellent concierge service and always helpful in reception. The decor needs a little bit of updating in the room, but that's not the sort of thing Im bothered by.)
