Convenient Hotel

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Hotel is attached to airport and no shuttle is required. The room was large and clean, but nothing special. Ideal for anyone wanting quick access to the airport.

Disappointed

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: It was clean. It was in the airport, great for a long layover.
Cons: Having a functioning toilet .
After staying at the airport hotel in Singapore, we were looking forward to our stay in Hong Kong. We arrived late ,there was no food available at the hotel. They neglected to tell us that we had to pay for wifi at the desk. we were all ready for bed and not going back down to the front desk. We discovered during the night that the toilet was not working properly. There were restaurants pools etc. but we were leaving early in the morning for our next flight.

Just stayed overnight between flights as is joined to the airport. Hotel is clean and comfortable, but food and drink is expensive, the kiddies play areas were a joke, and the pool was empty. Convenient for airport, but only really OK for a night stop over.

Location, location, location

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, location
Cons: Cosmetics like worn out features Retaurants could be a bit cheaper, and cheap restaurant could be better in food and speed of service
Location: Came from Guangzhou, needed a place to sleep before flying to the US so did not explore surroundings. Location is perfect: 5 minute walk to terminal
Connected to the terminals, can't beat that. When we got to check-in, I realized I had forgotten my camera bag and was able to run back to get it. NO shuttles, cabs or calls necessary. This alone is worth the rest that follows. Staff was very friendly. Rust on the bathtub, but only cosmetic. Restaurants looked very expensive, and the cheapest... was cheap. Food was not very good at all and service very, very slow... Feared for my life all night as airplanes flew over our heads! :-) Would definitely recommend, but not for more than one night.

前台服务员服务不周,办理入住手续不畅,只要能报出行程单,即使名字拼错,也应让客人先住下来,而不是推诿

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: 除了前台服务有问题,其它都喜欢。
Cons: 前台
Location: 一般。
前台服务员缺少处理问题的应变能力,名字拼错,因主动帮助客人找预定机构协调改正,而不应将人生地不熟的客人,强人所难,让长途旅行的客人自行解决,并将客人放在大堂几个小时。望能改进。

Dirty furniture but, and worn out a bit.

Pros: location
Cons: A real spa with qualified meseuses. Worst massage every in Asia! I actually walked out on it.
Location: attached to the airport.
IT was convenient but, expected better quality in HK International.

Convenient for passengers with connecting flight.

Check in Counter staff were friendly but they are not concious on the time that they spent on each of the guest who wish to check in or out. Some of them Chit Chat with the guest even there are people queuing up, They entertained Chinese clients who go straight to the counter without going through the queue. No Free WIFI and they are still using old TV rather than a Flat Screen LED TV, but they are well maintained though.

Worst checkin experience ever

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms, good location
Cons: Check in , check in, check in Internet in the rooms should not be so ridiculously expensive. Everywhere else nearby (airport) had free internet.
Location: Everything available at the airport terminal
Very nice hotel with really nice rooms walking distance from airport. Check in was the worst I have ever experienced. They had more people telling you which line to stand in than were doing check in. There were only 5 people in line in front of me, but it took over 30 minutes to check in. Check out was only slightly better, but still not good. I did not like the fact that in the rooms there was no indication of what was complementary and what was mini bar. Several items looked to be things that were normally complementary, but weren't.
