Best value for large family in a 5-star hotel!Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Cheaper for a large family that wants to stay in a quality place.
Hotels in Hong Kong are expensive and bad, while this was not exactly cheap but it was the only one that was 5-star and would accommodate 4-adults in a room for less than $250. Most others were over $350.00. I checked online for the definition of a 5 star hotel and this one made it, though barely but 5-star nevertheless. Location is good, though not stellar. Subway is a big facility to have but needs couple of transfers before you can get anywhere, yet I'd say from experience of having to stay where there was no subway in the walking distance that having a subway (any kind) under your hotel is very convenient. In addition to subway, it is attached to Mall, which has few nice breakfast places open early, so you can have nice, cheap breakfast there. However, the outstanding aspect of this hotel remains to be the price that it provides two queen beds for a 5-star hotel. If you are less than 3 and do not spending little more, Langham Place maybe better because it has a subway on the main line.

Good location, comfortable roomPosted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Easy to get to hotel from airport using the Airport Express and K5 shuttle. Hotel was clean , well-run and well-maintained.
Cons: The hotel staff could be more helpful when it comes to loading our luggage up the K5 shuttle. We were ladies and had to manage the bags on our own.
Location: The flower market and bird market are nearby, and so is St Teresa, a Roman Catholic church.
The beds were comfortable and we could rest well after a day's outing. We like the complimentary bottled water provided, as it was very hot when we were out, and we were often thirsty, so it was very pleasant to have ready water when we returned to the room. It was linked to the Grand Century Place shopping mall, and very convenient to get food from the bakery or food court. The space in the room was a bit limited if there are young children, but we were 3 adults and didn't find it a problem. The location might be a bit of problem for those not used to walking, but if a 10 - 15 minute walk is not a problem, then one would find it convenient to get to the MTR (Mongkok) or some of the places of interest like Ladies market. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would most likely stay at the same hotel, if we visit Hong Kong again.

Nice hotel close to everything.Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: It was close to everything such as restaurants, ladies and flower market, and it was also close to the MTR and shopping mall.
Location: YATA is the best supermarket/food store in the mall. It has fresh sushi and good drinks. Disneyland is the worst, Nongping360 is beautiful, visit macau
The hotel was pretty hard to find as it was inside of a mall. I would recommend taking a Taxi instead of Public Transit to the Hotel as they'll drive you straight up to the lobby. The hotel is inside of a shopping mall which is very convenient. It's also close to Mong Kok East Station which will get you around everywhere. The Hotel is very tight on security and always ask for your room number before going up to your room or accessing the Health Club. The cleaning staff is very nice, they clean pretty good and restock things you need.

Nice hotel, very convenient location for where wePosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Location location location, oh, and the food hall
Cons: Business fascillities.
Location: In the heart of Mong Kok, the her is a really good outdoor market a short walk away, cinema and great transportation to anywhere you want to go.
Hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has all the usual conveniences, restaurants, coffee shop and a great food hall. There is also a cinema there and the KCR (railway) links directly with the mall. The underground is about ten minutes walk away.

Great locationPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Best part about this hotel is it's loccation and easy access to the MTR.
Very easy to access from Kowloon Station with free bus transfer. Stayed here for 3 nights in August in a Premier Family room with 2 adults and 2 teens. Room size was really good, beds and pillows so comfy and bathroom was really nice and clean and with great complimentary toilteries. Breakfast was good and whilst busy never seemed to have any trouble getting a table.

Convenient location and really helpful staff!Posted Aug 7, 2014
We arrived past midnight and stayed for 4 nights. First impression was not good as the road to the hotel entrance was ratty, narrow, and windy. Once in the lobby, the feeling became better as the interior has tall ceilings, welcoming atmosphere. The person at the check-in counter is friendly and efficient. We were in our room in no time. The room was overall very nice. We especially enjoyed the bench by the window overlooking the skyline of Hong Kong. The bathroom is also very spacious. The only thing I would complain about was that the room service menu was hidden in this very shallow drawer under the desk. We didn't know there was a menu until almost the last day. The best feature of this hotel is that it is attached to a mall and the subway station. We just had to walk out of the lobby through a corridor to take the subway or up an escalator to get to the mall. Even better is the fact that the Lady's Market is only 500 meters away coming out of the mall. At the time we stayed there, part of the building was under some type of interior renovation, but they kept the space nice and clean. Do not eat in the hotel though because everything is quite over-priced and the options are few. We made the mistake of eating in the hotel restuarant the first morning. For three of us I spent over $400 Hong Kong dollars for sub-par breakfast food. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay there. If you are visiting Hong Kong for the first time, I highly recommend it.

Central Kowloon LocationPosted Jul 30, 2014
Always a pleasure to stay here. Very convenient. The new Lion Rock Bar is more of a restaurant though even if it does have great views. If going to airport a Taxi is much cheaper if there is two or more in the party and quicker than the airport shuttle bus.
