“Great Hotel with very reasonable price”

Great hotel. Very nice, large rooms with a great view of the harbor. Rooms were kept cool, which was a nice contrast to the Hong Kong heat. A 5 star hotel at a 2 star price. The only issue is that it is isolated. However, there is a free hotel shuttle that goes to the Metro and a shopping area, so that reduces the isolation somewhat. If you have the time to wait for the shuttle (runs every 1/2 hour), then I would definately recommend this hotel.

“Can't wait to Visit Royal View Agian”

Excellent views and Hotel facilities(pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, rooftop garden etc). There is a shuttle that runs every 15 min and takes you to the Train line where you can catch the train to kowloon or HK main island. Even if you miss the shuttle the cab is about $15HKD(really cheap). The hotel concierge was extremely helpful with organizing shuttles to the airport and over all questions. I would definitely stay here again :)

“Hong Kong's Best Hotel”

I have stayed at the Royal View before when visiting Hong Kong. I love the view of the bay and the bridge from my room. The staff is friendly and very helpful and always smiling. The best feature is the free shuttle that assist you in moving from the hotel to local shopping malls or the train service. The staff in the restaurant was not as friendly as the hotel staff but maybe it was me and my language understanding. On this specific trip I was supposed to meet up with friends from the Philippines but they were not able to clear immigration in Manila so when I had to change my plans the hotel said they would ask release the charge of my last day of lodging as they saw how hard I was trying to make things work out with my friends. Don't forget to check out the exercise area below the hotel you can see it from your room if you have a bay view. Fun place to meet the locals. The Royal View will always be my choice of hotels in Hong Kong.

“Will stay here any time I visit Hong Kong my first pick”

The staff, the views, the shuttle service, all exceeded or met my expectations. I have stayed here many times so I may be considered spoiled. There maybe a better location but I would not take the risk of losing the jewel I have found at Royal View. WiFi in the room would be a added plus but you will find service in the lobby. The old fashion slow dial up plug was available in the room but of course I failed to pack a connection cord.

“Very good hotel with a reasonable price”

Hotel was clean and nice. View was good. Service was good. Location was a little remote but has free shuttle bus from the hotel to MTR station and a down town mall where you can pretty much get anything you need. The hotel should supply the guests with a MTR map, otherwise, the guests will need to have some ideas where they are going in Hong Kong.

“Affordable Hotel and Felt right at home I will go back again!!!”

The hotel is far from the city its in Kowloon Island. They provide a free shuttle to and from Tsuen Wan Station Red Line the Exit is letter D its BY Clinique next to clinique u will see downstairs take them n right there is the shuttle. I suggest u buy Airport Express Pass b4 purchasing please red what are the benefits if its suitable for ur stay. The hotel is awesome Perfect the price is cheap but it felt like a 5 star hotel honestly. I will definitely go back. The beach is less than 10min walk we didnt go but the employee said we can go walking. There is no stores around there at the station they have a supermarket right by the exit go up the stairs and mac donald well its a mall too. Enjoy

“Great hotel, lovely views!”

This was a gorgeous hotel. I stayed here during a long lay over from the Philippines to JFK/NYC as it was the closest hotel to the airport that was reasonably priced. I was bummed I didn't get to stay here longer as the views were exquisite, the rooms huge by HK standards, and the staff were very good. I definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great for passing through..”

Only needed an overnite. Close to the airport. Staff efficient. Had many groups that they appeared to have under control. Breakfast buffet adequate, but not included. Real coffee and omelet good. Had emailed them re transport from the airport at a late hour. Their response was quick and very in depth. Many options. Views from th 18th floor worthy of FB post.
