“Christmas 2011 stay”

I stayed here for 3 days during the Christmas period 2011. The location of the hotel was more than fantastic. close to the MTR and was across the road from the post office. So it was handy to post back my excess shopping to Australia. Walking distance to the walk of stars and the hotel was fantastic. Had great shops under the hotel also which we enjoyed. Hotel was very clean and a good size. Wish I upgraded to an ocean view so I could see hong kong island.

“Greatest Hong Kong hotel”

This is the third and longest time we have stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong. Most of the staff recognised us and we were treated like returning friends. This hotel is located adjacent to the Kowloon waterfront, above an MTR station and now has an underground walkway nearly to the Harbour City centre. A small but nice touch was when we arrived back in our room on the seventh day, a bottle of very nice red wine, fruit and welcoming note from the Hotel Manager was waiting for us. We have been to Hong Kong five times. The last three we have stayed at the Sheraton and our next trip will definitely be there again.

Room and service were great and appropriate for a 4-star hotel. Free wifi in the lobby, but not in the room. Convenient location for easy access to many destinations on foot, or by taxi/subway/bus/ferry.

“Excellent Choice for a Place to Stay”

My sister and I went to Hong Kong for just a week, during which she celebrated a birthday. We had reservations for a room with a harbor view, so I emailed the hotel reservations staff in advance and asked if they could give us a high-up floor so we could have a good view of the harbor. We arrived about 11:40 p.m. and got a room on the 12th floor, with a lovely view of the harbor. We had fantastic views of the light show from our room. The HK Convention Center was directly across the harbor from our room. They had a bowl of fruit in our room when we arrived, and brought a piece of cake on her birthday. The concierge was always helpful with information. It was easy to get around because we were close to the ferry and subway. Getting to the airport was a breeze the morning we left. Everything about the hotel was nice.....no complaints.

“The Essence of Hong Kong”

The Hotel, from check in to check out was very good. The concierge was the best I've ever met, offering oodles of advice and information which was right up to date. The location was very convenient for travel around the islands and made getting to the airport and back very simple. The Japanese Resturant in the hotel was simply put, the most exquisit meal I've ever had. Enjoy the set menu and get dish after dish of tasty art! Lovely. The view of the symphony of lights was literally a 2 min walk away - perfect!

“Hong Kong Gem in Great Location”

My daughter and I spent several nights at the Sheraton and couldn't have been more pleased with the location (next to the Peninsula Hotel) and at the origin of Nathan Street "shopping mile". We were in walking (or close cab) distance to the important sites as well as being across the street from the harbor walkway (night time light show), the Art Museum, Asian Cultural Center, and less than 5 minutes from Star Ferry. They upgraded us to a waterfront view of the harbor which looked like a movie set at night. We had breakfast in the hotel cafe each morning with a very helpful staff and reasonable prices for Hong Kong. The exercise area was very clean and had updated equipment and the rooftop pool was a relief after a day of siteseeing (with the bonus of seeing the activity of the helicopters taking off on the roof of the Peninsula Hotel next door). Nightly live music in the lobby was a nice touch; Everything about the stay was excellent and a great value for your Hong Kong dollar.

“I would definitely stay here again!!!”

A wonderful European style hotel. Down comforters and pillows. Lots of mirrors and wood. The rooms a a little small by American standards but our room did look just like the picture shown. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help. A wonderful first experience to Hong Kong.
