"Great stay"
Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, just wish it could have been longer.

"Nice hotel very convenient for shopping "
Best Hotel in Hong Kong. The service is superb. The swimming pool is the best. The view is fantastic from the pool. Breakfast is like a feast. The Peninsula Hong Kong is timeless in its class and luxury. It's not gaudy and over the top, doesn't need to try to be showy or trendy. With its long history, the Peninsula is effortless in its execution from top to bottom. Treat yourself to The Peninsula Hong Kong for even just one night and it'll make you re-calibrate all your future hotel stays as the Peninsula has certainly not just raised the bar, it practically created it. This is one luxury hotel experience actually worth it all. The Peninsula may be one of the oldest but its legendary through this day for good reason. One of the key things is the staff's professionalism and ability to truly cater to and be hospitable to guests beyond it feeling like it's their job. They seemed to really care about your stay and that makes a big difference. They're proud to be part of the the Peninsula and as they should! If I ever go back to Hong Kong, I will return there for sure and hope to stay at a future Peninsula elsewhere in the world soon. The hotel provides a mobile phone for local calls on top of everything else they do to make your stay with them feel special. Location is very close (15 - 20 meters) to the closest underground subway Very stylish with a great history and ambiance. I have visited this hotel many times over the past 40 years and it is a splendid establishment.

"Ease of transportation"
Good value for money, great view to the river, ease of transportation, short walking distance to restaurant, convenience stores and supermarket. However, hotel staff is not helpful (especially bookings not directly via the hotel). Room and toilet are dirty. You can hear somebody slamming the door at 2am.

"Fantastic Experience All Round"
From the moment we were met at the airport, through the in room check-in and fantastic welcome for our two children we felt completely looked after and pampered by the excellent staff. The room we booked was a suite, it was beautiful, immaculately clean and well designed with separate living area and large bedroom (great for letting one small child sleet while the other one wanted to be awake). The room included access to the executive club lounge which had an excellent breakfast selection, friendly staff and was open all day and night. The pool was great, plenty of loungers, heated water and easy access to facilities. Check out was also seamless, no waiting, hotel transfers to the airport made travelling with two children much easier.

"Great Room Service"
Room service food is excellent. The staff acted like they didn't care, they only acted like they cared because they were told to do so. Asked for a late checkout and they acted like I was asking for a free night.

"Fab friendly place"
Stayed for 9 nights beginning of April 2015, check in wasquick all staff were friendly, room excellent recommend 9th floor lovely views. Breakfast so much choice you could eat as much as you wanted from cooked to continental, hot pastries endless tea and coffee. there was a courtesy bus service from hotel to Central 70 HKD return per guest which runs every hour. We used the 51x local bus service into Tuen Mun every day as family live there for 4.30 HKD each way, V City and TMT Plaza are good for shopping even has a M&S.

The hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. We had a harbor room view which was well worth it.

"ok in general"
it was average in general. the rooms are ok in size, staff is helpful and friendly. I would want wifi access to be improved though as not only do they charge extra for this but they limit you to 2 devices if they do so for the price being paid I think it is only fair to improve on this
