The location was very convenient for getting from & back to the airport on the Metro and The Bund was very walkable along Nanjing Rd. "Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side. "Nice property Front desk but moody at times Breakfast was simply ok Needed to print my train and air tickets asked front staff and was told they don’t have a email address which is total crap. Got a new guy to airdrop it to his phone and printed it out for 2 rmb Won’t be staying here again Staff need retraining especially breakfast guys and the senior front desk guys. Door guy and cleaning room lady were great. "

"The hotel was very well located, a few minutes walk from the subway station, Nanjing Road- East and to Nanjing Road shopping area. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and efficient.Breakfast was good. The only concern was the wifi was very slow. Otherwise it was a perfect stay."
