Good morning, James, we are so sorry that you were unhappy with your stay at our hotel. Unfortunately, during your stay, we had some staffing issues with housekeeping and were unable to offer stayover service for the weekend. We are hoping to be fully staffed soon. We are a small hotel, and our pool is reflective of that. The road noise is unfortunate. We do strive to make all guests stay enjoyable. We hope you give us another try in the future.
