I'm so truly sorry for any inconvenience, sometimes when booking online the reservation does not come through as it should. Or it will say smoking in small letters on the booking site, which is why, sometimes people accidentally do book the smoking rooms. Normally we would definitely exchange the room type for a non smoking room, but that day, unfortunately, we were booked to compacity which is why we had to go with what your reservation came through as. I'm truly so so sorry for any misunderstanding. I do appreciate you still staying with us, even though it was not the room, for you. I am so truly sorry that you had problems in your room. We did get maintenance to look at the outlets in that room, it appears a breaker had blown and caused several outlets to not work. I am grateful that you brought it to our attention so that we could get it fixed right away. We also contacted pest control about the beetles.
