“very nice and friendly desk staff”

Gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, efficient, and smily. Room had a kitchen and lots of space. For a Travelodge it was quite nice, despite being a little dated. Well kept-up in my opinion. Parking is a bit tight, but totally manageable.

“Good stop on the way from Vancouver to ski fields”

We arrived in Vancouver airport at mid-night and drove 2 hours up the road the Hope. The hotel handled the 2am check in very well, just asking us to ring when we were 10 minutes away. Neat and tidy place, close to restaurants. Worked well as a stopping point on the way to and from Silver Star / Big White.

“disgusting breakfast and rudeness of an employee”

The hotel is quite good, is clean, confortable and in a good position. Anyway, i have to remark that the breakfast was no eatable as the food is sort of disgusting... I have also to remark that one of the employee was not as polite as a client could expect.

Bed was hard as a rock, A/C did nothing but push warm air around loudly.
