This by no means was a resort. Upon check in it did not feel luxurious for a “resort”. The fact you have to pay for washing detergent, go down stairs to collect more towels is an average experience for any family. In our children’s room the curtain rail dislodged from the ceiling almost landing on the kids, which left debris on the floor. Whilst this was quickly handled by the hotel staff, the apartment was old style, and lacked more than 1 bowl, a few forks. In all bathrooms don’t expect any power points, so you’ll have to blow dry and straighten hair in the bedrooms or the laundry.
It was an “ok” stay - we wouldn’t stay again however.
Also, the pool was FREEZING, has no atmosphere and due to how cold it was we swam once out of the whole week. It is not heated at all and the kids had blue lips from one swim.
It is a standard apartment, so don’t expect luxury by any means.
