Found staff at reception helpful, friendly and very polite on arrival Room was clean and tidy Bathroom very clean Bed very comfortable Close to public transport and many food venues ( Tigers Clubhouse ) Would definitely stay there again when on business in Melbourne

Pros: I liked the friendly and efficient staff. The rooms cleanliness and facilities. Free WiFi and overall experience.
Location: Great location. Near train station, places to eat, gaming, and a small shopping village with supermarket, newsagent and bakery.
Had an excellent experience. Staff were polite and asked if our needs were being met. Seemed to genuinely want to be of assistance and engaging. The room offered all that was required for our stay. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked a treat and shower pressure was delightful. WiFi was easy to understand/connect and a helpful extra.

This motel is terrible

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The whole motel needs a upgrade!
Location: The location is close to shopping centre and trains and buses
Went to book in and they had trouble finding security card for us.When they did we went to the room only to find it double booked and someone in bed. Is this not a security breach? Went back and told them and they upgraded us to a bigger room for the trouble they caused. We went in to the room and o my god ,the chairs at the table were ripped and torn ,the bedside tables had cigarette burns on them,there was dust all over bedhead and the bathroom was full of mildew with mould around bath/spa, vanity was all chipped and tiles on floor all stained. The toilet wasn't secured to floor.Could not use exhaust fan as to dirty and when turned on would blow out black dust and very noisy. Wife would not use the shower because of all this.Also all windows were dirty and covered in cobwebs.I don't now how you advertize this motel when it is in this condition.

Pros: The comfort of the bed, the location, the Restaurant...
Cons: Scum in the spa, the smell of recent renovations covered by Glen20, the bathroom floor

Facilities: Good; Value: Affordable; Service: Sufficient, Helpful, Polite; Cleanliness: Dirty, The spa was unclean; Was looking forward to the spa but it was spoiled by the scum and the hot water running out within a very short period
