This is the Holiday Inn brand and provides what you would expect. We use it regularly when flying early but eat in a local public house. The hotel does have a reasonable restaurant (Our preference). Good; departures board in the lobby.
Bad; no provision for early breakfast as is now appearing in the Holiday Inn Express offerings at airports.

"THE MANAGER RESOLVED AN ERROR IN A FIRST CLASS WAY"
We reserved an accessable room and when we arrived the room was given to another party. He gave us a newer room that was not handicap accessable, but the best room available. He also provided dinner for us plus our cousin who drove us from Cambridge. He handled the situation in a first class manner.

Arrived a little early for check-in but was accommodated with no problem. Coming and going was easy with bus routes right outside. The nighttime was quiet with little traffic though windows are, in any case, double glazed. Quick transfer to Gatwick Airport in the morning.
