“Very Nice, Clean, convenient features - will stay again”

I traveled with my husband and 2 kids. Ever since a bad hotel stay in Ohio, I have been leery of staying in "cheap" hotels. This one was amazingly awesome. It was clean, spacious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the price could definitely not be beat! Thanks again to the hotel manager and staff.

I always have a good stay at this hotel. I just wished it was a downstairs room because it was kind of hard going up and down stairs nine months pregnant but the room was great.

“"Need to make some minor improvements, but would go back."”

The management need to correct some minor problems with the room. (1) Check fire detective in rooms. (2) Vent fans for the restroom, would improve ventilation. (3) Wi-Fi improvement.

The room was clean the staff was attentive and I would stay here again.

“Comfortable Stay”

The hotel wasnt bad at all, a bit small, but it was comfortable. It did its job, and that was to provide my friends and I a nice comfortable place to stay while we where in town,giving the fact that it was the absolute only hotel available for that weekend that where there. Please note, it is about 45 mins to an hour away fron Hot Springs !! (but it doesnt feel or seem like it)

“Nice size room”

Just had a 1 night stop. The room was nice and big. It wasn't 5 star clean but wasn't nasty either. It was comfortable enough.

“I wasn't impressed at all; it wasn't what I viewed online!”

The location of the hotel was very convient for me. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The comforter on the bed appeared to have cigerette holes on it and someone took needle and thread to repair the holes. The carpet was dirty, channels on the tv weren't clear, I have a problem connecting to the internet, and the shower curtin was dirty. I ended up taking the shower curtin down and going to walmart to purchase a comforter. I lysoled everything before I used it. My stay was very very unpleasant for me. I won't go back ever again!
