“Great hotel for anyone”

The staff was very helpful with information about restaurants and locations. They were also very polite and courteous. The room was clean and nice.

“Decent Motel”

Not the Ritz, but clean and comfortable. Very basic cereal, OJ, muffin, bread type free breakfast, but hey it was free. Lots of families staying there. Didn't use the pool or hot tube but it looked clean and had a decent crowd all day. Very convenient to the Oaklawn Race track, about 1.5 miles from downtown and bathhouse row. They also offer discounted tickets to Magic Springs amusement park, the reason we went down, get them there, they are the lowest price we found after searching. Hot Springs is not that big, so you'll be able to get where ever you're going fairly quick. I'd stay there again.

“Great place to stay”

Hotel was great once we got a room with working a/c. The only problem was they were remodleing and the pool was not open. Really want to get in pool since it was 103 that weekend in Hot Springs

“Great for the Price”

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Room was clean and kept clean--we stayed 3 nights. Not a fancy place, but very adequate. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed due to repairs.

“Pleasing experience”

Holes in the sheets of our bed. Original room assigned was too close to street making it noisy and did not have the microwave and refrigerator--desk clerk had us reassigned to a quieter room with the microwave and refrigerator we'd requested when booking the room.

“Good Hotel at a good location”

I stayed for just one night but I didn't have any kind of issues. The room was clean, the place was quiet too.

“Good location”

The location is awesome thats for sure. Close to everything. The staff was super super nice, all of them. One thing I didn't like was the beds, they were pretty uncomfortable. They sunk in the middle so I kept rolling into the middle. Also when I opened the night stand next to the bed to get out the phone book a roach crawled out. Just one and I never saw any others after that.

“Clean hotel”

They have some construction going on, but other than that it was a nice stay. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was extremely clean. Was pleased will stay again in the future!

“OK place to stay”

There was no shampoo in the room. When asked about it I was told they don't keep it in the rooms but I could go to thef ront desk and get some. The hair dryer in the room was broken and when I called he said he would be over shorlty to check on it. He never showed up.
