Positives: 1. The staff was friendly. 2. The rooms appeared clean. 3. The complimentary shuttles to downtown were appreciated. Negatives: 1. The breakfast was terrible (only thing worse than the food was the coffee). Obvious that nothing was prepared onsite, and it was served with plastic plates, silverware and cups. The catered lunches were even worse. Plus, they put out the same exact breakfast all five mornings we were there. 2. The parking lot was a full block away from the hotel. 3. There were A/V problems during our meetings, and the IT person sent into the room was the same young lady that brought in the water and coffee service. 4. Their wifi didn't work properly for iphones. No advance notice, and when brought to their attention, the solution was giving us an 800 number to call and get it corrected ourselves. 5. No workout room. 6. The ownership has implemented every possible option to cut corners at the expense of their guests experience, stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

The only complaints we have about this property is that is has no towellrods other than some weird kind of hook hanging in the wall which is not sufficient to hang the towels to dry. Also some hooks to allow for swim suits to be hung would be great because there are so many bathhouses to go to and no where to hang your wet suits in the bathroom. Otherwise we had a lovely time.

Location was great, check in and service was awesome. Unfortunately, we were put in a room that had a sliding bathroom door that did not stay closed and the hotel was fully booked so we did not have the option of changing rooms. Also, walls were very thin, heard our neighbors every conversation. In saying this, we would stay there again because everything else was wonderful.

Nice place to stay. Requested extra padding on our bed and they could not accommodate. Flat/top sheet was on top of the comforter, not under as usual, so it made it difficult to throw off the comforter when needed.

I picked this independent hotel on a recommendation. I broke down in my travels and need a place for two nights. It was clean quiet and comfortable. walking distance to stores and restaurants. while I didn't go for the attractions it is close walking distance to the Hot Springs Nat'l Park. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but what all other hotels supply, and the bar was a great quiet place to get a drink and work on emails.

The parking is awful. It is not adjacent to the hotel. I requested a room close to the entrance as I don’t walk well, I was given a room that was on the top floor the furthest from the elevator. when I entered the room, the lights did not work, the refrigerator was frozen over, the garbage can was nowhere near the bed, and the bed was very lumpy. The restaurant food was very subpar. It is best to bring your own food and Refrigerator.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, beds and pillows were great, and I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. The rooms are more modern than anything in the area within the same price range.

Everything was great. The beds are very comfortable ! Nice view. I do wish I’d gotten complimentary drink vouchers like my friend did upon check out. This was our 2nd time to stay and both times she received vouchers for the bar and I did not. ☹️ I will say I did Not like the shower though. Not being able to regulate the water before entering is not pleasant.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were VERY dirty. Floors weren’t mopped. Bathroom sink was dirty. Shower floor could use a good scrub. Baseboard have never been cleaned, they were black covered in dirt and dust. Beds and sheets looked cleaned tho. Hotel is very nice and modern but really need a good cleaning.

Stay at HHS every time I come to Hot Springs Normally very quiet and laid back This time there was a large group of high school students at the hotel Had to contact front desk for noise issues at 1130 pm Very disappointed

My husband is handicapp and this hotel is excellent for him the Embassy is not capatible for him. We love staying at The Hotel Hot Springs.
