First of all, I never write these because I’m pretty low maintenance and usually am understanding. However this was the dirtiest and creepiest hotel I’ve ever been at. We were on a road trip so booked for a place to sleep. We arrived on a Saturday at 6pm. Only 2 cars in the parking lot. When we walked in someone went into a room that was behind the desk and shut the door and didn’t come out for a good 5 minutes. When the man did he said They didn’t have a room ready and said we had to give them an hour to get it ready. No towels in the pool area. When we asked for some they gave up a stack of 6, 2 were the size of hand towels, one normal towel had blood stains on it and one had a huge circular stain that looked like make up. When we got to go to our room, there was splatters all over the walls (some that looked like blood), stains on the couch, splatters on the lamp, the desk chair was all ripped up, very unclean. My kids were even super grossed out. It was very odd also as every single room down the hall were hinged open. And there was a big white paint stain in the middle of the hall. For breakfast in the morning, they only provided enough waffle mix for one waffle. The biscuits were rock hard and the gravy was like water. That was all they had besides cereal. The man and woman that worked there (assuming they own it, as they also had a 4 year old boy running around) were very odd and made us feel uncomfortable. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Nothing, had cracks in the windows, badly stained carpet, and a very bad water leak from the shower on the floor above us. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The suite jacuzzi tub and shower tub were dirty when we checked in. The manager apologized and had it cleaned while we were out for dinner. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was not stocked with towels or cups, the shampoos and body wash were half used in the rooms. The tub has visible grime on the textured bottom, we were travelling with our baby and I had to go around and pick up several crumbs clumps of dirt and even a rubber band off of the floor. The pool was not heated and cloudy, no towels to be found there as well. I’ve never reviewed a hotel but this needs to be addressed

The rooms were not swept, the towels were ragged and musty, the bottom sheet was put on upside down, and the room needed rekeyed almost every time we left. There was a huge pile of trash outside the end door. I think there were 3 rooms occupied when we stayed. The employees child ran the upper hall and you could hear every pounding footstep below.

The hallways had a very bad odor, the staff were poorly trained, very unclearly. Found a Kleenex in bed sheets. Morning breakfast - bagels were hard like days old. No orange juice or apple juice. Opened compartment and could tell hadn't had any in a long time. Enough waffle batter for one but attendant did make more but was too late. Staff seemed very unaware and made constant excuses. Coffee was good. The cabinets in breakfast area were very stained and dirty. No tables being wiped down.
