“Great place, great people, great service.”

One of the nicest hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel employees were the best. Could not have been nicer or more courteous. I look forward to having the opportunity to stay again. If you are visiting Oaklawn Park this is THE place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Really good breakfast too. Not your usual "continental breakfast".

Lots of perks staying here. Gave us vouchers at the race track for $10 each. Best hot breakfast ever in a motel - was veryyyyy good. I was surprised how clean it was. Very nice. My travel companions decided I would book all our trips.

Everything about this hotel was good except the first night we had some very loud neighbors. The rooms should be better insulated to avoid this nuisance.

I would stay there again but not in the front near the front desk it was noisey. The back was new and quiet.

“Great Hotel if you are going to the races!”

We got assigned to this hotel with one of Expedia's 'opaque' deals. Overall we got a good price, but were a bit dissapointed with the location. The only place you can walk to from the hotel is the racetrack - and we were much more interested in being downtown and sightseeing. We were OK with this though in the end simply because the staff was so very accomodating and kind. Overall it was a good experience, and a perfectly nice motel - but I really wouldn't recommend it unless your sole purpose for going to Hot Springs is the race track.

“Hot Springs Yes! Best Western No!”

Hot Springs Best Western hotel is OK for one night stand only. If you plan to stay for more than one day, please look for something more comfortable and accommodating. If you have little kids, look for more family friendly kind. Price didn't mach the standards! I am not picky person at all, but if I may rate this old hotel-motel I am giving only one star. I was disappointed. Dirty carpet, dead moths in the corners, dust on shelves and railings and no fridge! Beds daily made, but stained sheets not changed.I rather recommend Red Roof or Days Inn for lesser rate but much higher standards.

my bed was not changed and i stayed 3 nights i would not recommend this hotel to anyone these were supposed to be queen size beds and they were old double beds price was too high for what we received
