“Great Experience”

This was one of the few places that still had rooms the weekend we wanted to go to Hot Springs. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the rooms were. The bed was also very comfortable. The room was a little pricey for a one night stay, but other than that, we loved it.

“Very nice NEW hotel in Hot Springs”

The Candlewood Suites in Hot Springs is a brand new hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The small kitchenette in the room made it very convient for cooking small easy meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very convienent to all of the major attractions in Hot Springs and surrounding National Parks. I would definetly stay here again when visiting Hot Springs.

“Great place when traveling with/without pets”

Everything was great. Staff helpful and friendly. Our studio was well equiped and very clean. Would stay there again if ever in the area

“Cant wait to go back”

This hotel was very convienent for shopping and resturants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What I like most about this Hotel is that the room was equipped with all the applicances you need to prepare meals and also had all the other untensils you needs. Very satisfied and plan to go again.

“Clean, Friendly, New”

About what you would expect. Nothing elaborate, and kind of generic, but very functional, nice, clean and new. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. A tad pricey for a very basic room, but it seemed to be the best deal I could get at the time.

“Handy location”

The location was handy and the room and service was great. The outdoor swimming pool was closed which was disappointing because the temperature was in the eighties, but maybe was too early in the season for it to be open---April 3rd.

Never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before - very pleased with the experience. Good value for the rate. Definitely recommend.

“It was a great stay”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites. The King Suite was great. They only clean the rooms once a week. That was a new one but it wasn't any trouble to run down to the desk and trade old towels for new ones. Candlewood is a well kept hotel and the staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly during the entire stay. The location is also in close proximity to most everything in Hot Springs. I went ahead and signed up for the Priority Points Club while I was there. I might as well... because I'll definitely be back.

Our experience with the Candlewood Suites was our first with this chain. It was as close to a perfect stay as we've ever experienced. We will be back!.
