Cons: Better inspection before guest walks into room Make staff smoke in back
Location: Everything you need is close by
Outlet to coffee maker and lamp didn't work Bulbs in bathroom went out and had to move lamp into bathroom to see Called front desk and they said they would tell maintenance and they never came by. Hotel staff outside smoking in front when bringing kids in. Checking in was fast

For the Money it was a very poor hotel no coffee except make your own in the room and not the cleanest hotel around would not stay there again I feel cheated

Room #315. Upon entering the room it looked as if the someone had just slept there and the comforter was just pulled up and service card placed there to say, "we serviced your room", but not properly. Did not get a chance to enjoy the balcony because it had something that looked as if some had relieved themselves right outside the door. Next day, left room and came back after 4PM to find that the room was not serviced. Front desk attempted to make the experience right with complimentary breakfast however, the breakfast was over for the day. The best thing was to leave and never come back. In the hallway near the elevators, I noticed a bus tub with dishes placed on the chest regularly. I also notice a cup lid w/straw behind the chest on the floor. I saw this daily, meaning, no one bothered to clean and discard it for the couple day. That's a bad sign...

Wonderful relaxing stay close to shopping and lake. Restaurant on the other hand needed a new waitress. I got there at 9:15AM for breakfast and only one couple in there waiting to get more coffee, no waitress in sight. After waiting for some time she came out of the kitchen threw a menu at me and got the couple more coffee. I placed my order she brought it and threw my plate at me as if she was in a hurry, I ask for more tea, never got it. She acted as if she just wanted to be out of there.

Pros: Rates for hotel were good. Location was excellent
Cons: Room needed to be checked and cleaned better. Sports bar quit serving at 10pm
Location: Great seafood restaurant located less than half a mile away. Hotel is right on the water
Located right on the lake. Great view from the pool. Restaurant located in hotel has excellent food but quit serving drinks at 10pm
