Comfort Suites Hot Springs

One of the better hotels we have stayed in, the staff was excellent and the room simply outstanding.

Very clean hotel and room. Breakfast bar could have been a little better. I went at 9:00 am and the eggs were a bid hard from sitting in the warmer. So could have been better earlier in the morning. Other than that I loved the hotel.

Great hotel - good access, helpful staff, terrific breakfast, large clean rooms. Great time visiting the Builtmore.

Clean, friendly staff - no complaints! It was all that we needed - no more, no less. Perfect.

We stayed three nights and found it a very comfortable hotel with nice hot breakfast buffet. The location was convenient for access to lakes and downtown Hot Springs. The pool was a reasonable size and well equipped. The laundry facilities within the hotelwere very good and simple to operate. We did not use the dry cleaning or third party laundry service although I was available.

We really enjoyed our stay. the rooms were nice and clean.

New hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, good food, nice pool. Be sure to catch the Mid-America Science Musuem if you like scientific stuff. It has an awesome Tesla Machine.

This was by far the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable room we have stayed at in 8 years. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were four of us, 2 which were elderly, the staff made sure we were close to the elevators for convenience. We also had ajoining rooms which helped us keep stay in constant communication with the others and gave them the privacy they needed. The facility was in a great location with easy access to all resturants and highways.
