“hot springs”

next time i'll use th indoor pool, spa is perfect, room is comfy and large and luxerious romantic city like crazy

“We had A Hot Time in Hot Springs!”

I will be back to this hotel again. I feel that our hotel experience made our visit to Hot Springs a memorable one. The staff was very helpful at all times. We happened to be there during the New Years Celebration and it was a lot of fun. On New Years morning, the hotel was as clean as ever. The Breakfast was great everyday, everything was prepared well and they had a person clearing tables (which made it possible for new arrivals to sit). The managers reception was nice in the evening and we really enjoyed the piano bar. The pool was nice and clean. I also had a massage at the spa there and the staff was awesome as well. all staffers at the hotel were more than helpful on directions to attractions. I would have to rate this as about the best overall stay that I can remember.

Impressive rooms! Incredibly comfortable beds! Very quiet on the top floor. Great breakfast offerings including variety day-to-day & quick made to order omelets, pancakes & more. Staff is awesome. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. Manager's Meet & Greet Happy Hour was a welcomed oasis at the end of a busy day. Pianist's medley's were very polished and resonated beautifully throughout the Atrium. Pool & Hot tub were spotless and well-maintained. The only negatives I can state would be a lack of close to the door parking and unsightly stains on the parking lot/dock area.

the price was good, my room was over the big air unit and it ran 24/7 noise all the time

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant was good. Good selection of free breakfast including fresh made pancakes ans omlettes. Hotel was busy with conventions going on but staff was still helpful and very polite. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back.

The hotel was beautiful and the suites were very roomy. The view from our window was great. The staff was superb and the breakfast buffet was very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and modern. It was close to downtown. Would definitely stay again.
