Pros: Its updated, clean, professional appearance.
Location: Lake DeGray & Crater of Diamonds State Parks.
Nice furnishings and fixtures, wonderful bath/shower/water pressure. Beds were better than average, things appeared to be clean, and the breakfast was great. My kids loved it and it was an overall very good stay.

We have stayed here two years in a row for a volleyball tournament. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the hotel is clean and appears fairly new. The room is small but all we need for a one night stay. I would recommend and we will stay here again.

Pros: The room was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast hot food.
Location: Close to the interstate, but not noisy. The Mirage Sports Bar & Grill is next door and has good food.
Very affordable, modern, and clean. Not much to see around the hotel, but about 40 minutes to Hot Springs Nat'l Park. Plenty of room for 3 of us in our 2-Queen bed room. Breakfast was available, but the hot food was not very good. But there were waffles, cereal, fruit, oatmeal and breads/pastries.

I made my rsvp in February for a May 2013 stay. In March I called directly to the hotel office and spoke with the front dest to have a crib added to my room. I was told no problem. When I arrived in May, I was told that in the single bed rooms no crib is allowed it is a fire violation. Hotel was sold out. I was very upset. The hotel ruined my vacation and I will not stay there again since no one there,including the manager, seemed to not know how to accomdate a guest when an error is made by there staff. The manager was told of the situation and NEVER came to me to apologize .

Pros: Love the breakfast!
Cons: The only thing that was a bother was that the fridge in the room rattled and was noisy when it came on.
The front desk, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast crew were so pleasant, accommodating, and professional!
