“Nice Surprise”

We ended up here after our usual Hot Springs hotel was booked solid. We enjoyed a quiet stay at this hotel. They let us check in way early when we arrived. The pool was closed, but the staff was very helpful by finding us other places to swim. I am pretty sure we will stay here again.

“Best in area”

Have stayed in several of the hotels in this city, and the Hampton is the cleanest by far. It smells, looks and feels clean. Great staff, good breakfast, excellent experience.

“I will be staying there again!”

I travel to Hot Springs AR a several times a year, and I usually stay in another hotel that is centrally located in town. When they were all booked, I got a room in Hampton. I was truly impressed with my stay! From now on I will be booking this hotel for my trips to Hot Springs. The Interior design was different then most hotels and it made it nice to look at something other then the normal hotel deco. When I checked into my room it was clean and even smelled very nice. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. I thought the pool was a bit small, but my kids really enjoyed it. The continental breakfast served the next morning was amazing! There was a wide variety to choose from and the staff does a good job at keeping it stocked. When it came time for me to check out I was running a little over the 11:00 check out limit, and when I explained to the staff my problem for not being out of the room by 11:00 they were very kind and even helped me look for my missing car keys. Over all I was very impressed and I defiantly will be staying Hampton again!

Have stayed here twice, and have had great experiences both times. In a central, convenient location, staff is always friendly. Room and facilities very clean.

“Great stay in Hot Springs”

The Hot Springs Hampton Inn was located just off the main artery street, Central Ave., of the city. Dining and shopping was very close by yet the hotel was about two blocks away from the high traffic areas. The room, an executive suite, was very roomy, well maintained and clean.

Price, location, breakfast, and condition of the hotel make this a great place to stay. Would go back for sure. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

“Met our expectations”

Our stay at Hampton Inn was outstanding. The room was clean, the mattresses extremely comfortable. We even had the choice of firm or soft pillows! The bathroom was very spacious with plenty of counterspace. The following morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast that had a huge variety of foods to choose from. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I thought all of the hotels that we priced in Hot Springs were at least 30% higher than they should be. The Hampton Inn had been very recently refurbished. It was clean and well appointed. The staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection to choose from.
