Hot Springs getaway

Hotel and staff were great. Had our room ready at 3Pm.Room was on 4Th floor, no noise from other guest. I had to cut trip short hotel had no problem adjusting length of our stay. I will go back!

Roach Infested

We walked in the hotel only to find a sign that says "I will return shortly". We waited on the hotel clerk to return. While we were standing there getting ready to check in a Roach crawls across the counter. We said looks like you have another guest and we pointed out the roach. Well the clerk just takes his hand and smashed the roach. I said to him I think you might want some sanitizer for your hand. The clerk said that no I'm fine. He preceeded to ask us for our information and all I could think of was the fact that he didn't bother to wash his hands nor apologize for the roach. We said to him that we are going to cancel our reservation and find another hotel. That was the end of that.

Room was nice and surprisingly quiet given the hotel was fully booked. Only complaint is that the free breakfast was worth what it cost.
