Quick and easy distance to the convention center

Pros: Rates. Shower had strong pressure, hot water and fast drain. Quiet during the day and night. Security measures to prevent riffraff. No traffic.
Cons: Paint interior professionally. Clean floor grout. Update carpet.
Location: Magic Springs is literally in this motel's backyard. Easy to get to the Convention Center.
Very dated and worn plant. Grounds not manicured/mowed. Fairly clean. Bathroom tile floor (grout) needed to be scrubbed with heavy duty equipment. Spider web under the sink. Great water pressure with instant hot water. Staff was all pleasant and helpful. Full coverage security cameras. Many empty rooms with minuscule traffic and no noise.

My stay was alright however most of the staff was great with the exception of the front desk guy Dave. He called me unstable. He was very rude and disrespectful. He was not helpful at all. I personally have stayed in several hotels/motels and by far the customer service I receive from Dave was the worst ever. I myself have been in customer services related positions for the last 18 years. It would be my recommendation that he no longer works in a customer service related position. I also tried to reach the hotel manager with no avail. I feel like if a customer has an issue and wish to speak to the hotel manger then they should make their self available to speak with the customer. I have stayed at the Knights Inn on other occasions and have recommended the hotel to friends and family however after this experience I will no longer stay or recommend this establishment.

We had car trouble and ended up staying longer than planned but everyone that we encountered was extreamly nice to us.

Rough older motel. Rooms are big. TV is very small. Shower worked good. Bed fell off frame.

No Heat

Pros: Late check in for our late arrival.
Cons: Maintenance within the rooms.
During our stay in January in Hot Springs, we did not have a working heater in our room, and each bed had a thin blanket and blanket cover. It was colder inside our room than it was outside, and it was tough to sleep. Our stay was uncomfortable.

Nice quiet hotel

Pros: Staff was courteous and always ready to serve you.
Cons: I cannot think of any major need.
Location: Convenient to garvan Gardens, Oaklawn racetrack, Hot Springs downtown, restaurants and golf courses,and Magic Springs waterpark.
Hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located to all activities.
