The staff was great, the hot breakfast was good, but the coffee was basically hot watered down tea. The curtains in the bedroom let way too much light in because they are clearly worn through.

Reserved a king suite and got a regular king room. Let the front staff know we paid for a suite and they said they couldn’t swap us bc they didn’t have any left open. Rooms are not very clean. The elevator was not working properly. We usually always stay at La Quinta properties but I won’t stay at this location again.

Room was okay but not very clean. Floor was sticky and didn’t really have the energy to deal with front desk as the woman behind desk was ready to be off work apparently. Went back downstairs and a new clerk was working and he was more interested in playing his video games. Stayed the whole night and woke up to take a shower and the shower knob was broken. I do not recommend this hotel.

They advertise breakfast buffet 1st day had sausage and biscuits plus your continental breakfast arrived 1and half hours after breakfast started it started at 6am 2nd morning arrived 1 hour after breakfast started only continental breakfast could have gotten cheaper room somewhere else with just continental breakfast but beds comfortable and staff friendly

TV didn’t work, but at least they gave us a credit. Room was supposed to have a jetted tub, but did not. Thin walls and floors allowed sound to travel easily including a couple fighting that woke us up. Way over priced for a dated facility.

Check in was fast. We didn't have any issues. The rooms were clean when we arrived but I don't think they swept or vacuumed again until after we checked out. They did give fresh towels and remade the bed, not sure if they were fresh sheets. The breakfast was okay. I don't think the free coffee was fresh during the day, only in the mornings. The little store area only has food/ snack options, no ibuprofen or toiletries. But there's a Dollar Tree directly across the street. The parking is tight and it seems patrons of the restaurant in front of this hotel park any and everywhere. This is a pet friendly hotel, so if you don't like dogs, beware. We only met sweet pups though. The walls and ceilings are a little thin so you can hear what's going on but it's not unbearable. The water pressure was great for us and the water got very warm, no issues there. The bed was okay.

Not a true handicap room. Toilet is standard height and a climb in tub shower is too dangerous to attempt. this room needs to be upgraded, Also the room was a long distance from the elevator requiring a difficult walk for handicapped customers. Handicap rooms need to be near the elevator and preferably on the ground floor. During a fire most handicapped customers cannot not use a stairway.

I am most concerned with the carpet which is extremely old and rippling. The window has a crack in it. The curtains were broken. It doesn’t look like it has been updated since it was built.

Hard to find front desk manager. Very limited breakfast items. There was no milk available for one day morning breakfast. There were lot of pets allowed and cleanliness was very poor due to that.

Furniture looked well used and beaten up. It was a smoke free hotel, but you could tell at some point it was a smoking room. "White" fixtures were very yellowed and there was the faint smell of smoke that permeates the walls. The shower was terrible and kept sputtering and the pressure kept coming and going. Carpet in the hallway looked like it had been through some things and the ceiling had a big hole. Employees were helpful and kind. Overall the hotel needs some TLC. Not worth the amount I paid to stay there. Thankful I only stayed 1 night.

Once we arrived, we waited 10 plus minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. When arriving in our room, we were immediately greeted by cockroaches. For $80 per night, this was not a good value. Will not stay here again.
