“You're right, I can't wait to go back”

I was very impressed with the Park Hotel. The staff was very accomodating and polite. The service was great, above and beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel was excellent. I have no complaints with this hotel and would not hesitate is staying there again, or referring someone else there.

“Two Thumbs Way Up!”

This charming hotel is staffed with a very courteous crew who make you feel right at home! The location is great- just steps away from the Grand Promenade and BathHouse Row. It is being remodeled at this time, but still a very comfortable place to stay.

“I would return”

I thought it was quaint. A very enjoyable stay. The water pressure was great and there was hot water immediately. I would return.

“Park Hotel”

We will be coming back to the Park Hotel in Hot Springs. It was just as we imagined. The hotel was very 1930's and we sure enjoyed our stay.

“Would stay there again.”

I found the people working there extemely kind, very helpful with directions, overall friendly. They are renovating, but I never knew it.I like the old style of archtecture, lots of history there. They have a bar. They allow animals, which is good for me I have a dog.Location is great near everything.A restaurant is opening soon. I would very definetly stay there again. At this time there is no microwave, refrigerator. But I did not find that an inconvience at all.

“Great value”

Great location downtown yet no noise at night. 1/2 block to Central Avenue yet the only Hotel within the National Park. Great Italian Food (Angel's in the Park). Helpful staff. Made me feel like I was an old pal. Will come back. Could not be better at twice the price.

“Perfectly quaint and comfortable”

This hotel is just off the main drag (Central Ave/Hwy 7) in Hot Springs, but isolated from the road noise. It was very charmingly decorated with vintage 1930s furniture and bathroom. Not a Hilton, but very comfortable and clean, within walking distance of all the downtown bathhouses. Check out The Pancake Shop for a great breakfast that is only 1 block from the hotel.

“Historical Hotel”

Although it's not the fanciest hotel around, for the price it was a great deal! We loved the historical features, and the room felt more like staying with a friend than staying at a hotel. There are not a lot of bells and whistles, but the hotel was very clean, our bed was comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. For the price, we were pleasantly surprised.

“Pets are very welcome!”

Situated right across the street from Hot Springs National Park and just two blocks from bathhouse row. This is a hotel with character and history. The staff loves the hotel. It was built in 1929, so there are some issues, but the staff is very helpful with any problems. I loved so many things about the building. There is an old-fashioned-looking telephone booth next to the desk that you can use to make phone calls nationwide for no charge. The view was great. Everyone on the staff was very understanding that our dogs (chihuahuas)needed to get to know them. They made themselves available to the dogs and waited patiently until the dogs were ready to accept their attention. We booked over a month in advance and the weather during our scheduled stay was cold and rainy. The day we left, the weather turned warm and sunny. Debbie offered us a discount rate to allow us to enjoy the city. When my husband declined, she gave us a VERY late checkout and we had a wonderful day. Debbie also upgraded our room when we checked in. We will stay here any time we go back to Hot Springs. Don't expect a chain hotel. The Park is unique.

“A very nice historic hotel”

I would recommend going to see a very historic hotel even as they are bringing it back to its original glamer the staff are very freindly and helpful. They gave detailed instructions and tips as to where to go and sights to see. The whole city is also motorcycle friendly getting there and touring around the local area and surrounding roads is a great day for riding.
