Got more than expected. Nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Room was clean.

The desk person was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. I didn't stay for breakfast but I bet it was good too.

I'VE STAYED AT THIS MOTEL TWICE NOW AND WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE COMING TO HOT SPRINGS ON BUSINESS OR PLEASURE. IT WAS RECENTLY REMODELED AND THE RATES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS TOO.

Room was nice and very clean. Beds not the most comfortable but OK. We would definitely stay here again.

Motel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The only problem was our room was supposed to be handicap accessible and it wasn't!. They only have one room equipped for the handicapped but we made due with a regular room.

The hotel was clean and the recieptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed in the room was a little broke down but slept good. You could tell the hotel was older and the new paint job wasn't the greatest. but it was clean!

quiet and easy to get to. close to convention center and downtown area. good continental breakfast. area was well lit.

this motel was convenient to the arena as well as downtown....quiet.. but no coffee pot in double room...disappointing over all good for my stay
