Only if you don't mind sub-standard place to stay
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Although the photos on the B Inn website make this place look cute/retro, etc. it is really pretty rundown. We stayed in the History room, and arrived almost exactly at 3 pm. Had been told we could check in at that point, but the maid was still in the room, and not quite finished with prepping for our arrival! The shower still had hair in it, and the tiny sink didn't drain well. The biggest advantage to staying at this place is the price of nightly stay and the proximity to the Park Island Market and Cafe, just down the hill. Otherwise, I don't know if I would recommend it or stay there again.

Great Low Price Motel!

Small but great motel, it was nice having 2 beds in the room with one being firm, and the other soft. Good to choose style of bed!

Potential Gold Mine
Posted Jan 18, 2013
Pros: soft water and comfy bed.....good location
Cons: the upkeep and needs better housekeeping and no lamp
Location: great
This motel needs a lot of love. It has the potential to be a great place to stay, but they must invest a lot of love and money. We stayed in The Big Bed Room for 4 nights in April. The walls are a prison gray color which does not compliment the décor. It's gloomy. There was no lamp and a Dollar Store shower curtain liner, you know, the kind that sticks to you when you shower. My husband took a shower and then I took a hot bath but unfortunately, I ran out of hot water and the tub wasn't even half full. If you are a full-figured person you will NOT fit in the bathroom and the shower wall tiles have not been cleaned in quite awhile. We were woken every morning approx. at 6:30 am by a howling dog in the room next door. The howling lasted until approx. 10:00 am. They need to be more diligent in their cleaning. Their room service - on a scale of 1 to 10 - I would give them a 1.5......the price was right {$60 a night} and I knew the chances were "you get what you pay for"....I really hope the owners can invest in this property and make future stays for other guest cleaner and supply a lamp....on a good note - the water was soft and the bed was comfy

Flashback to the 50s

Location: At the edge of town
If you were looking for a visit to a 1950s motor court, you would not have been disappointed. However, the reviews that we read suggested a more traditional B&B, which this was not. It was rather creepy and we left without spending the night.

Quirky and fun, super nice people, great location!

This is an older facility that the owners are working hard to upgrade. There are many thoughtful touches such as the great books and Mountain Valley Spring water for each room. Bathrooms are outdated but thoughtfully supplied. Breakfast is choose your own at the local organic bakery at the foot of the property and was really delicious. If I had to sum it up, I'd say it's Austin meets Hot Springs in attitude. I would definitely stay here again. Great for the money and it's so important to support small businesses that are sincere in what they do. I expect everytime you come back they'll have improved something else.

Third time is the charm!
Posted Jan 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was the third time my wife and I have stayed at the B Inn and once again we were very satisfied! It's close to all the main attractions in Hot Springs,Its in walking Distance to Bathhouse row, the rooms are clean, comfortable & well maintained and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The Daily Breakfast Basket is also a nice touch! It is an older Hotel but it is a great place to stay! I suggest reading the reviews from the other more pricey hotels in Hot Springs and compare their reviews with the B Inns and you will Come to the same conclusion I did.... the B Inn is the best Hotel in Hot Springs for the price!

Sad over Hot Springs
Posted Jan 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
I think that these hotel owners are trying very hard to renovate an old hotel, and I applaud them for that. But......it seemed that there were laborers on either side of us, working on their brakes, going back and forth from room to room. But we really didn't see any other guests. The owners really were putting their heart into the place, but they have a lot of work in front of them. The whole town seemed run down- including The Arlington, and it was depressing how much of the business, hotels, etc in town were shut down.
