Friendly Staff, older hotel but very clean. Would definitely recommend. Would have been nice if the restaurant had of been open.

“would stay again!!”

Although it is an older hotel, it was nice on the inside. we loved that it was right downtown on bathhouse row so we could walk to everything. we would stay there again.

“We Recommend This Hotel”

We were very impressed with the view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the restaurant staff. On the other hand, parking was very scarce, the lock to the adjoining door was broken and the noise from the street was very loud. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

“Great Place for Peace and Quiet”

It was a very quiet place to stay. The hotel personnel were so nice and extremely helpful if we had a question about something or needed something else in our room.

“Exactly what we wanted!”

We really liked this hotel. We were there for a mini-vacation and we had a blast. Our daughter especially liked the pool on the second floor. It is in the historic part of town and close to lots of fun things to do. Also if you get a room on the front, you can see all up and down the street from the balcony.

“good location”

It was located where we needed to be, so that was great. Parking was a little lacking 'in the location. Didn't want to leave the good parking spot you found early in the afternoon to not getting a good one when you came back. The balcony had a good view of the main street. It overlooked the pool, which looked fun with tables and lounge chairs. It was not a hot summer day so the air conditioning worked well. Didn't like that the toilet seats didn't have a seat cover. And the water pressure wasn't the strongest. Staff was friendly and helpful, at the desk, lounge and restaurant.

“Pleasantly surprised”

We really enjoyed staying at the Springs. I had read other reviews before I went and wasn't really expecting much. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't the Ritz, but the rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and the location was great. The hotel is located downtown where other things are going on. We found a great little club called The Ohio Club which had great food and entertainment. I will probably stay at the Springs again.

“Great Hotel!!!”

This hotel was great! It is an older hotel (not some cookie-cutter modern place), but the new owners have renovated and updated the whole hotel, and added Wi-Fi throughout the building. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and their spa was just fabulous- the best massage I have ever had! We were just driving through Hot Springs and could only stay one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we are planning to come back for a week with the kids.

“Definitely recommend for couples on a budget!”

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at this hotel and we had the best time! First of all, the spa was fantastic- AMAZING massage therapists, and they even made an exception for us to be in the thermal bath room together since there was no one else using the spa at the time. Every single staff member we encountered was nothing but helpful, accommodating and incredibly friendly. For the amazing deal we got through Expedia, this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Also, the location is wonderfully convenient! We were able to walk to almost every place we visited. For a young couple who can't really justify the expense of a higher end hotel, our stay was still very comfortable and laid back. Everything was decently clean, despite the older furnishings. We definitely plan to return to Hot Springs and make it an annual tradition to stay in room 805 at the Springs Hotel and Spa :)
