Very outdated and in need of lots of repairs.

Posted Apr 6, 2015
The hotel is old, as one would expect in historical area, but lacking in character. It is in desperate need of repairs and updating. Has a very strange old smell in the hallways and room. The room felt hot and stuffy, could not get air to kick in to cool the room. Parking is in a gravel lot up a steep hill behind the hotel. Only benefit to this hotel is location.

Great location.

Location: Ate breakfast at the Pancake House downstairs. Walked to a show at Low Key Arts.
Easy check-in, comfortable room, and great view. I'll be staying at the Springs hotel whenever I'm in Hot Springs.

Great location, old outdated hotel.

Easy access to all Hot Springs. Hotel had a nice nostalgic first impression, which wore off pretty quick. Then it was just outdated. After the first muggy nights sleep, we were told they only turn on the a/c seasonally, to leave the balcony door open at night an they would provide a box fan. The spa amenities aren't available during the week, weekends only, odd for a spa city.

Terrible. Conditions were awful, there was a domestic dispute in the hall and no staff addressed it.

Great!

We had 2 days in this hotel... We had hot water at anytime we needed it , comfy comfy beds , great restaurant's all around us , and transportation within walking distance. You really couldn't ask for more for the money! The staff bent over backwards..

No hot water and no air!

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Shower was luke warm at best and that was with the hot water on all the way and zero cold water turned on. They only have air after they swap over from their old boiler system around May. Our first day there it was very warm and the room was miserable during the day. So if the weather is forecasted to be warm during your stay (before May) FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

Hotel was clean beds were comfortable . There were 4 of us we checked in went to room and noticed there were only 2 each clothes we needed more. Went to eat and came back asked front desk for more wash clothes they said they were out . They were very busy that weekend so I said ok will ask tomorrow so after all day of being out asked for more it took about 5 min and he came back and said that did not have any wash clothes and gave me about 4 floor towels to us I never heard of a hotels not having wash clothes .also while standing at the front waiting on the wash clothes one of the girls were throwing there phone around and acting like she was aggravated at someone was not very friendly room and hotel was clean and bed was comfortable if we had more washcloths would have been better
