Desperate times call for desperate measuresPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Booked our room last minute on July 4th weekend! In the center of everything. Good breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Telephone in room was nonworking. Air conditioner was very noisy. There was a short in the electrical wiring in one of the lamps. Pool was cool and clean. Not enough parking; Each time we left our room and came back, we had no place to park.

Reasonably priced hotel/ close to downtownPosted Jul 8, 2013
Mike the maintenance guy was a big help. We had our truck, motorcycle trailer, and the motorcycle we needed to park. He helped us secure three parking places that were convenient to our room. He checked with us each day to see if everything was okay, and to see if we needed anything. The décor was dated, but the room was functional, and clean. We will stay again when we go to Hot Springs. The room was a great price.

quick reservationPosted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: Rooms were large
Cons: New Beds
Location: Downtown location with lots of things to do. Not to far from Magic Springs.
hotel was ok, lots of room. But the beds were extremely outdated and stained. We didn't pull covers over the check mattresses but we did notice the box springs looked as if they had blood stains. Therefore we did not feel as if we were sleeping in sanitary conditions.

Nice large clean rooms!Posted Jun 6, 2013
Pros: The big open room
Cons: No coffee or breakfast in lovby
This was the largest hotel room. It was super clean and didn't have any type of odor which was pleasantly appealing since it was an older hotel. The only drawback was there was no tips of breakfast or coffee offered in the lobby. There was a coffee pot in the room but we had to leave early so decided to grab a cup of coffee on our way out in the lobby so we had to go to gas station across the street.

Great Price for room, outdated and uneasy stayPosted Jun 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel looks run down on the outside and is just outdated on inside. Had a LCD tv, but linens were old. Found spots on sheets and towels. They have done the best they could with age of Hotel. Dresser in room looked like it was from 70's. set on the end of bed and came off frame....Last choice would stay again. But if your worried about cleanliness, not your cup of tea.
