“Lovely Hotel close to Prague Castle”

We had a lovely half-term holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to friends, the hotel is very close to Prague Castle and within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Bring flat shoes for walking, but you can purchase tram tickets from the hotel reception. Our room was a good size and easily accommodated two adults and two children.

Spacious, luxury style feel to rooms. Quiet location yet close to all attractions. Good breakfast and helpful, friendly hotel staff. Would recommend this hotel highly.

“An excellent hotel”

An excellently located hotel near the castle. very good size rooms, well maintained and very comfortable. breakfast very good with plenty of selection. Easy to get to from the arport by public transport although you will need to know where you are going on a map once off the tram as it is up a little side street. Hotel staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel again.

“Great place!”

The hotel room turned out to be much better than what I had expected. Rooms are very pretty and spacious, and the bathroom is very clean and modern. My only small complaint is that my room had no fan or air conditioning, which caused some amount of discomfort while sleeping at nights, especially because of the hot summer days.

“Boutique Hotel Great for International Travelers”

Hotel Constans was wonderful to my husband and I on our do-it-yourself trip to Praha. The staff were very courteous. The front desk helped us book dinner reservations, find the train station and recommend shows in the evening. My husband was a little disappointed with their breakfast selection. I was a little put off by the front desk when they didn't apologize for resetting our key even though we paid for late check-out. Besides those small issues I can't complain about the size of the room (huge), the bathroom (big tub/bidet/shower) or the location (very close to the castle.) There were plenty of pubs close by, we didn't have to trek across the bridge at night if we didn't want to. Plenty to do close to home.

“A very good hotel in beautiful Prague”

The Constans is a very good choice if you want a quiet place which is a short walk from the Old Town Square, Castle and Charles Bridge. The room was larger than usual, with everything we needed for our short stay. Breakfast was help yourself and there was plenty of choice for us as vegetarians. The one thing which could have been slightly better was the bed, which seemed to have plastic sheeting on the mattress. That said, we slept very well.

“Excellant value for money!”

We ended up booking this hotel as a second choice, but it would now be my first choice if we return to Prague. Whilst the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street (not very obvious on your first visit), it is within walking distance of all main attractions. Our welcome was warm and the room we had was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a mixture of continental (bread, cheese ham etc) with one hot dish ( this varied each day from bacon and eggs to a vegetable stew)all with hot and cold drinks including champagne. Certainly recommended! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

“Very Good”

We just stayed here for 2 nights. It was a great little hotel in a very good location. The bathroom had been renovated. Our room did not have air-conditioning (I was told only 5 do); however, they were able to provide a fan. The breakfast was good as well.
