“Recommend to never stay at this inn”

We had no TV, toilet tissue, garbage can, phone or HOT water in our room. We had to find someone to turn on the boiler and wait an hour to take a warm shower. The staff was not helpful. One manager stated that because of our inconviences we would not be charged, but upon checking out the manager on duty stated no, we would be charged. That since we booked the room over the internet, it was stated that we would not have a TV in the room. We did not care about the TV, it was just that when we checked in the clerk told us we had a brand new TV in our room.
