It is not made clear but you need to be travelling towards Rome on the A1 and it is the services adj to the last toll booth.

“Good stopover for Rome and airport”

Basic but comfortable, clean hotel. Perfect for Ciampino airport. On Motorway services but no noise from traffic. Pleasant surprise for price.

“Nice hotel if you have a car”

This hotel is well-kept. The interior decorations are new in the public areas as well as the rooms. The wireless Internet is not free. Several reviews and descriptions online mention that it is available, and it is, but it is not complimentary. Although we were comfortable there, we had to move to another hotel a few days into our trip because the regional bus stop at the end of the hotel driveway was diverted a mile down the road due to construction, with no clear label or directions. In addition, the bus stops running at 7:30 pm. Because we didn't have a rental car, we had to pay a taxi (which are intermittent at best) 25 Euro each way to get to and from the Frascati train station, which is only a 5 minute drive into Frascati proper. Not sure if they are available, but our room had a shower only, which made it a little harder to recoup from all the daily sightseeing. Be aware, there is only one English language channel (CNN World News). Overall, nice hotel, great service, but if you are on a budget and do not have a car, this is not the place to be.

Hotel is new, clean and comfortable.Rooms are very large and tv has english speaking chanels.Breakfast is not the best as they only serve croissants and donuts.The coffee comes from the machine only.Otherwise, we could not fault it.It's a nice place, close to airports,Rome, and autostrada A1.

“exceeded expectations”

We chose Fasthotel Roma Sud as a place to stay en route to Ciampino Airport: as such, it was hard to fault. We expected nothing great, but were pleasantly surprised: attractive reception, nice rooms & very good bathrooms. The dispensed breakfast is not haute cusine but it's all one needs.

“Breakfast problems”

Hotel is clean and comfortable, but go for breakfast early. We arrived immediately following a large tour party of chinese visitors, and the locusts had consumed all. Our breakfast comprised of what was left, as the hotel had apparently not allowed for the consumption levels experienced!!

“My impressions”

Here are my impressions of this hotel: - The room was larger than what I expected - The hotel is accessible only if you are driving west on the autostrada (towards Rome). If you are driving east, then you must exit the autostrada on the next exit, pay the toll, get a new toll ticket and reenter the freeway driving west. This is inconvenient. - The AC turned on with a loud chirp, which can wake you up at night. The remedy is to set the temperature at minimum, so that the ac doesn't turn off at all. - One morning the hot water ran out while I was taking a shower. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are not too demanding and want a cheap and reasonable place to stay at while visiting Rome.
