“Typical budget no frills hotel.”

Typical 2/3 star budget hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Food prices in restaurant very reasonable. Very slow Wi-Fi in hotel. Situated in an awful area but it is typical in India. Clean room + toiletries with flat screen TV.

I would like to thank to all the staff of Hotel Clark International again for really taking care of me. Their attention, and their friendly gestures helped me to recover from a miserable cold in two days. Regarding the maintenance of the hotel; extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were exactly right. I was unable to have dinner, but room service was great (considering how sick I was) I am definitely going back...

“A contrast with India's contrasts!”

The Clark International, situated at the heart of a very populated, quite "pintoresc" or classical dirty area of Karel Bagh, is like a white fly because its maintenance, service and cleanliness. Expecting to find a chaos, we were absolutelly surprised by the contrast offered by the Clark, and we dont doubt to stay again there.

“Little things make big difference”

Very nice hotel in the quaint Karol Bagh area of New Delhi. Rooms were clean, hot water and complimentary Internet access available. The air conditioner remote was a bit quirky. We used the taxi arranged by reception to visit near by tourist places. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. All the staff members were courteous and friendly. The lobby manager and the restaurant staff went out of their way to pack us the complimentary breakfast as we were going to Agra for a day trip very early in the morning. There was definitely some noise due to the traffic (people honk incessantly and needlessly in India) and construction activity. But as we were out during the day time and really tired when we returned at night, falling asleep was no problem. I was travelling with family and this is certainly the hotel we would want to stay in the next time we visit Delhi.

I used the Hotel on my way to and from Kerala (I travelled with an India friend who works in turism in India as I do in Spain.)I have given a 4 to the condition and maintenance but because the hotel is undergoing extensive reformation and whilst the staff did eveything to minimise the inconvenience I was glad we only spent 3 nights in total at the Hotel.I would not hesitate to go back for a longer stay once all the work is completed.Food in the restaurant was excellent as long as you like the local food. and breakfast perfectly adequate.Reception staff especialy friendly and helpful.Bathrooms need updating but assume this is planned in the reforms.However there was loads of hot water at all times and they were clean.I am used to the general caos surrounding Indian city Hotels unless you are prepared to pay for a 5 star Hotel. This does not bother me but I can undertand it may come as a shock to some travellers but this Hoel is by far the best in this price range.

The room was in great condition, the staff are helpful and the restaurant has great vegetarian (and other) food. The Internet access was fast and stable. The breakfast is complete and contains a variety of options.

Was nice, neat and clean. I liked the location, in the heart of city and everything available. Hospitality was amazing and good food.

The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The hotel staff was very efficient and courteous. We checked in within 5 minutes. 24 hour room service was a relief for us when we returned late to the hotel very hungry. You ask for anything and be assured that it will be done right away. Proximity to the train station is an added advantage. The hotel arranged for a car to drop us at the train station to help us catch a very early morning train to haridwar. I will be travelling to Delhi on a yearly basis and I will be staying in Clark Internation for sure. I am not looking elsewhere.
