“Decent hotel, if your drunk it doesnt matter where you are anyways.”

It was expensive for the room i got, but it is in niagara falls and it was new years so with both those considered it was a decent price compared to other hotels which were up to 250-300. The room was big and had everything i needed for one night, especially after a few drinks it was good. I live down the street pretty much from this hotel so it was exactly how i expected it to be, it is not the nicest one in town, but it isnt a dirty or bad hotel. From the veiw of the hotel it is exactly what you would expect the rooms to offer. I would like to tell the hotel they should get new wallpaper, i felt like i was living in the 70's with the stuff on my wall. Everything considered tho especially being new years and hotels are hard to come by i would give this hotel a 7 out of 10. I did not have any problems.

“Worth the money spent.”

It is an old-hotel but it is clean. We got there late at night but the person at reception was very helpful.

“Good Location, Excellent Staff, Cold Rooms”

The hotel's location was perfect, situated between the buzzing tourist area and a slew of typical residential cafes. Service was excellent. Every interaction was served with a smile. The room was frigid. I typically keep my house at 72 degress Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius). When we arrived, the heat was off, so the room was the same temperature as the outdoors (28F, -2C). We had the heat cranked in the room for our entire stay, but the room never got warmer than my house (which was fine for me, but still uncomfortably cool for my German friend).

Considering the cheap cost of the hotel, the facilities were quite decent. Dont expect much than a place to spend the night.

“Could've been worse”

It wasn't the best hotel we've stayed at, but it wasn't the worst, and the cost was low in comparison to other hotels in the area. The employees were very helpful, especially with directions and tourist tips, but the room could've been cleaner and the bed was not very comfortable. There were many other hotels that looked a lot shadier than the Knights Inn...

“Not impressed”

The service in this hotel was "zero". The only good thing that I would say about this hotel is the location, not very far from the tourist area.

The carpet floor was wet, the door room appeared to be breaking into. Overall, bad hotel appearence.

ok not luxurious for people who dont want to spend and not going away to for the hitel. I just use the hotel to sleep for a couple of hours.
