“Close to motorway, good service”

We used this hotel when returning to Lancashire from a break in Cornwall. Easy to find off the M5 but still a nice quiet spot on a business estate. The staff were very helpful as I'd managed to lose my wallet on that day's journey and reception helped me get contact phone numbers to try to find it, cancel cards etc. Luckily I'd pre-paid the hotel. The price quoted was good for a family room and when we found they had set the room out just as a twin room the reception quickly moved to adjoining double rooms at no extra cost. Breakfast was OK, but the hot food was not kept very warm. There's an OK pub/restaurant next door.

“Excellent value for money”

This is a relatively new hotel with basic but more than adequate facilities, very much along the lines of many hotels in the USA. The room was well designed and perfectly suitable for a short stay either for business or leisure. If you want a clean room, comfortable bed, a clean shower and a reasonable continental breakfast, all for a competitive price, this hotel provides it.

“For a small hotel did the job”

Only a small walk to the local pub, cheltenham town centre is close aswell if your out on the town.

“Very friendly and convenient, dreadful wireless broadband”

The staff were very friendly and the location convenient. As a business hotel, it was totally let down by the poor wireless broadband. Too slow for collecting email or downloading files.
