“Best value and location in the city!”

Hotel is very good value for money. It is so centrally located you just have to walk! Food, transport, shopping, pub, banks, hotels are all within close proximity. Leisure centre is within 5 minutes of walking and access is free if you stay in Copthorne Central.

“Value for money”

The hotel's presentation is certainly "tired" and well in need of a renovation. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the reduced price meant that overall it represented value for money.

“"We got what we expected and paid for."”

The hotel staff were great, friendly and happy to help. The decor of the hotel was dated but the facilities were adequate. The food could have been better, mainly at breakfast. The evening meals were well presented and palatable It was very central and we would happily stay there again with a room upgrade..
