“Highly recommended and promising new development.”

The core structure of this excellently restored building of self-catering apartments was a Cistercian monastery in Foce (a town of great importance in Medieval Italy, but now a sleepy village). It opened this year, restoration having taken 18 months. A clean, quiet, atmospheric and relaxing location with a lovely terrace and swimming pool, this is a great place from which to explore Southern Umbria.
