“Delightful in every way!”

We discovered Bishop Farm by chance during a two week motorcycle tour of New England. From the moment we rode up the drive we knew we had stumbled into something special. The Farm is beautifully maintained yet retains its historic feel and charm. Annie and Maggie (daughter and mother) run the place entirely by them selves and truly made my wife and I feel like we visiting some long lost relatives. The rooms were cozy and immaculately clean, the grounds have intriguing walking paths, and the breakfast almost made me cry with joy (Maggie gave me the recipe). We have stayed in many B&Bs on the west coast where we live, and place Bishop at the top of our list of favorites.

I have stayed at several Bed and Breakfasts during my travels and Bishop Farms ranks as one of my favorites. The owners are wonderful. They couldn't have done more to make my daughter and I feel more comfortable. It felt like home. I hope to stay again in the future.

“Awesome”

If you want spotless, luxuriously appointed, elegant & cozy rooms with someone providing impeccable 5* service & excellent hot breakfasts (even cooked to order if required), and all this in the Cannon mountain/Franconia/Littleton area in NH look no further - this is it. How many places can you find on TripAdvisor w/5* ratings by 99% of the people providing feedback? We stayed here one night, but Annie (who runs the place) made us feel wonderfully welcome & comfortable. We asked for an additional heater (we're not "winter lovers" yet go play in snow a few times every winter), and she promptly provided one of those portable fireplaces - carried upto our room. The in-room tiled bath & toliet were extremely clean & well designed. The bed was very very comfortable, and there was a huge walk in closet. Each room is differently setup though - so you you should check the details on the website. In short, awesome place where everyone is welcome and Annie's is the best!

“No Breakfast in a B&B?”

Annie was great and very welcoming. Very helpful in trying to make a dinner reservation for us. Upon checking in, we found out that breakfast was not included in the price of the room if you are booked in a cottage instead of one of the rooms in the farmhouse. There is nothing on the website to indicate this distinction. We thought we were booking a room in a bed & breakfast - that is the impression given on the website.
